Whatcha Want Wednesday Contest: Autographed Copy of Trace Adkins' BRAND NEW cd, "Proud to Be Here"

It's that time again .... Whatcha Want Wednesday. I have a copy of the BRAND NEW cd from Trace Adkins, "Proud to Be Here", that just hit shelves yesterday. The only difference between this copy and the one anyone can get at a music store or online? Trace took the time to autograph the cover of the one you can win! Signed in black sharpie and the autograph is authentic (Showdog Universal sent me the cd for the giveaway).

Now this is Trace, so you gotta work a little harder for this one. He's "Proud to Be Here", so let's hear what you're most proud of. What have you accomplished that makes you swell with pride? Best answer gets it and these answers WILL go right to Trace's publicist so make 'em good :-) Leave your answer, along with your name or Twitter name, below in the comment section. We will choose a winner a week from today. Good luck! (P.S. - If you've won our contests within the past 60 days, you are not eligible for this one. Sorry! Gotta keep it fair!)

I am most proud of what I have accomplished as a single mom of 2 boys, with very little family support. I have always worked full-time from the time they were very small. I made them my #1 priority, basically putting my own personal life on hold (no regrets!). I taught them to become independent, caring, considerate people. I wanted them to learn to treat others as they would want to be treated themselves. They had chores so that they would learn a good work ethic. I am proud to say that all my efforts were successful! They have both grown up to be men I am very proud of, with good jobs and wonderful families! I started with our small family of 3 and now have a family of 9, soon to be 11 as we have a set of twins on the way! Yep......I am proud to say "I did good"!

Having a grandchild with ASD has taught me a lot. My heart swell with pride at the small stuff she accomplishes that most people would take for granted. She has taught me so much. She does get stares and people talk but when we catch them we smile and say "isn't she beautiful". These are God's special children. I'm blessed to have her in my life.

What makes my heart swell is having artist who take time out of their m&gs to sign guitars for the charity of my choice. The charity I chose this year was the Le Bonheur silent auction. The auction was suppose to be next week but due to some changes it'll now be Sept 15-16 at the Mall of barnes crossing in Tupelo, Ms sponsored by Wizard 106. I appreciate all the artist through out all the shows that have helped me. I can't wait to start again in early september 2011 for the 2012 silent auction. I hope to fill at least 4 guitars by this time next year. @rainasmith158

I'm most proud of raising a good son. He is in his second year of college (full-time) and also has a full-time job, and still makes time for his family.

The accomplishment that makes me most proud is returning to school and finishing my degree after being seriously injured in a car accident and being told by my doctors and therapists that I could never succeed in college. Now I try to be a role model for other students who are facing setbacks.

My grandmother makes my heart swell and has made me proud to be her grandson. She has some health problems disease no one can catch just things you inherit and we never know why. We ask but usually we don't get answers or if we do we still aren't full clear on "why". She hasn't let any of this stop her from being the courageous strong woman she is and living independently. Most say she shouldn't be living alone, but if you know her you'd think different. @countryboy1204
