Here's Hope" in perfect harmony with the Clark County Children's Choir as part of the ACM Lifting Lives segment on the 47th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards taking place on April 1, 2012. The song was written by
Hunter Hayes,
Luke Laird and
Barry Dean.
Hunter Hayes will kick off the performance. The portion of the show is courtesy of
ConAgra Foods' Child Hunger Ends Here, which is donating up to 5 million meals this school year to Feeding America.
Jewel has also recorded her version of the track, which is available through the purchase of ConAgra products through Aug. 2012.
