SINGLE REVIEW: "HOME TO ME" - SARAH DARLING

The New York Times called her a “sophisticated songwriter” with a “crisp, powerful voice" and new artist Sarah Darling is living up to that description. Sarah has released a string of well received songs including "Something To Do With Your Hands" and her version of the Beatles classic, "Blackbird."  Sarah took her place on the historic Grand Ole Opry stage in February of 2011 and has nearly performed her 20th show in the circle that made country music.

If you've tuned into SiriusXM's "The Highway". then chances are you've caught Sarah's new single, "Home To Me" more than once. The track is the lead in single from Sarah's upcoming project. The song was written by songwriting newcomer Caitlyn Smith & the amazing Nashville singer/songwriter, Bobby Hamrick and is a wonderfully written musical message that love and home are synonymous. When you're in love, that person feels like home and there's nothing better or nowhere else someone would rather be than "home". Sarah's vocals are effortless, beautifully resonating a love that only music can make you feel. This song takes you to a place where love comes easy, where comfort surrounds you ... home.

The song is available on iTunes and Amazon.

Score: 3.5 out of 5
