UNDERRATED AND OVERLOOKED AND MAKING 2013 THEIR YEAR

2012 was the year of the usuals - Carrie, Taylor, Luke, Jason, Kenny, and I could go on and on. You know, the same songs over and over again every time you turn on the radio. Don't get me wrong, they're all outstanding but it's time for some variety and to give others a chance to shine. I have a feeling that 2013 is gonna be a breakout year for those artists who are just as good (some even better if we're being honest) that are gonna make their mark and finally get the attention they've earned. The best thing about country music fans is that they don't wear blinders, they know there are a lot of great artists out there that are underrated and overlooked and they aren't afraid to speak up for them and get their music out there. Let's request these songs on radio, tell people about them, buy their music, do what we can to support them and be that voice they need to get that attention.
