Rose Falcon is ready welcome in Valentine's Day with her new "If Love Had A Heart" Instagram campaign.
Rose is asking fans to share a photo of who they plan on spending Valentine's Day with. Fans can submit their photos via Instagram by using the hash tag #IfLoveHadAHeart. She will choose one winner on February 11th to receive a dozen roses for them or their loved one on Valentine's Day.
