If you don't go after what you want, you'll never have a chance of getting it. Doors don't open by themselves, you have to either turn the knob or step on the mat. Screw possible rejection, screw being scared, and who cares that the answer might not be what you want it to be? If the answer was always yes, you may not be where you are right now. The effort is needed to make things work. Just put your heart on your sleeve, put your confidence front and center and turn the knob. Open your doors.
