Heartache Medication was just named in New York Times fall music preview and in Billboard’s Most Anticipated Albums of Fall 2019, Quickly garnering critical-acclaim the highly-anticipated album has already been featured by the Associated Press, People.com, Rolling Stone, and is currently streaming as an NPR First Listen (HERE), ahead of its official release on Sept. 27th.
Heartache Medication includes 14 feel-good tracks, with seven of them co-written by Pardi. “Don’t Blame It On Whiskey” features Lauren Alaina on vocals and was co-written by Eric Church, Miranda Lambert, Michael Heeney and Luke Laird. Pardi returns as a co-producer for the third time with Heartache Medication, and teams up again with California Sunrise co-producer Bart Butler and with Ryan Gore joining as first-time co-producer.
Pardi is currently gearing up for his headlining Heartache Medication Tour, kicking off with two career-first, sold out shows at the historic Ryman Auditorium on Oct. 1st and Oct. 2nd. Upcoming stops along the tour include Minneapolis, MN (10/4), Milwaukee, WI (10/5) and Oklahoma City, OK (10/10). Riley Green will serve as direct support.
