The Outdoor Sportsman Group, consisting of the Outdoor Channel, Sportsman Channel and World Fishing Network, recently announced the Country Outdoors Podcast featuring fan-favorite country stars discussing their outdoor passions. Hosted by outdoor enthusiasts and country music fans themselves, Mary O’Neill and Mitch Petrie, the podcast promises to give listeners a unique opportunity to hear an often unheard side of well-known artists. With a different featured artist each episode, season one has featured Tyler Farr, Jon Langston, Dylan Scott and, today, ACM Songwriter of the Decade Rhett Akins.
