TANYA TUCKER NOMINATED FOR FOUR GRAMMY® AWARDS, LEADS ALL COUNTRY NOMINEES

NOMINATIONS INCLUDE SONG OF THE YEAR AND COUNTRY ALBUM OF THE YEAR

WHILE I'M LIVIN', TUCKER'S FIRST NEW ALBUM IN 17 YEARS, PRODUCED BY BRANDI CARLILE AND SHOOTER JENNINGS

Tanya Tucker received four GRAMMY® Award nominations including Song Of The Year: “Bring My Flowers Now,” Best Country Album: While I'm Livin’, Best Country Solo Performance: “Bring My Flowers Now,” and Best Country Song: “Bring My Flowers Now.” The four nominations lead all 2020 Country GRAMMY® nominees. Produced by Brandi Carlile and Shooter Jennings, While I’m Livin’, Tucker’s first new album in 17 years was released in August. The 62nd Annual GRAMMY® Awards will take place on January 26, 2020 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.

“I wish I had a trampoline to jump on right now! This is just unbelievable,” says Tucker. “I couldn’t have done this without the fans, Brandi and Shooter, and the whole Tanya Tucker Team. What’s different now more than ever is the fans on social media and streaming made this record an instant success. What just happened, I’d never, ever fathom.”

The four nominations mark a career high for the original country outlaw. Nominated for 10 GRAMMY® Awards over her illustrious five-decade career, Tucker landed her first nomination with “Delta Dawn” in 1972 for Best Country Vocal Performance by a Female.

The critically acclaimed album, which The New Yorker declares, “captures one of America’s great vocalists at her peak,” and Rolling Stone calls “a stunning exuberant album that ranks among the year’s best,” is produced by Brandi Carlile and Shooter Jennings and marks Tucker’s first for Fantasy Records and Sawyer & Garner Management. The record is her first Top Ten debut and tenth Top 10 album.

While I’m Livin’ is largely comprised of songs written by Carlile, the twins Tim and Phil Hanseroth and Tucker. “It’s a musical biography of sorts,” said Carlile, “about Tanya’s real life and the places she’s seen, and it’s narrated by the greatest country and western singer this side of Johnny Cash.”

Tucker is currently touring the U.S. with performances slated at The Birchmere in Alexandria, VA and Ryman Auditorium in Nashville (see full list below). Variety says of Tucker’s recent sold-out performances at The Troubadour, “How many of us took Cash or Haggard for granted enough to pass up easy opportunities to see them on their last tours, but would pay thousands of dollars for the opportunity now? These are mistakes we have a chance to atone up for by seeing Tucker while she’s living. And strutting.” Tickets and VIP packages are available HERE.

WHILE I'M LIVIN', TUCKER'S FIRST NEW ALBUM IN 17 YEARS, PRODUCED BY BRANDI CARLILE AND SHOOTER JENNINGS CONTINUES TO DRAW RAVES

Tanya Tucker’s new video for “Bring My Flowers Now,” featuring Brandi Carlile and directed by acclaimed video director Trey Fanjoy (Miranda Lambert’s “It All Comes Out in the Wash,” Steven Tyler’s “Love Is Your Name,” Sheryl Crow’s “Easy”), is out now.

The video, which made its debut on CMT, follows the release of Tucker’s highly acclaimed new album, While I’m Livin’ —produced by Carlile and Shooter Jennings. Through Carlile’s solo piano and Tucker’s plaintive vocal, “Bring My Flowers” speaks to the importance of showing appreciation to those we love, before it’s too late. The record is her first Top Ten debut and tenth Top 10 album.

“This song cracks my heart wide open. Its lyrics, Tanya’s performance and that kind of honesty are rare in music these days,” says Director Trey Fanjoy. “Tanya is an icon to be celebrated. And the connection between Tanya and Brandi is so strong and pure. That’s what I hope people come away with after watching the music video. And like the narrative concept in our piece, this is Tanya’s triumphant return to town. I wanted our video to visually reinforce this in a powerful way. We’ve all missed her voice.”

Tucker is currently touring the U.S. with performances slated at The Birchmere in Alexandria, VA the Carolina Theatre in Durham, NC, Ryman Auditorium in Nashville AND and many more (see full list below).

While I’m Livin’ is largely comprised of songs written by Carlile, the twins Tim and Phil Hanseroth and Tucker. “It’s a musical biography of sorts,” said Carlile, “about Tanya’s real life and the places she’s seen, and it’s narrated by the greatest country and western singer this side of Johnny Cash.” Watch the videos for previously released album tracks: “The Wheels of Laredo” (directed by Myriam Santos), “Hard Luck” (directed by Chris Phelps), and “The House That Built Me,” which features Tanya’s personal collection of family photos.

Born in Seminole, Texas, Tucker had her first country hit, the classic “Delta Dawn,” at the age of 13 in 1972. Since that auspicious beginning Tucker has become one of the most admired and influential artists in country music history, amassing 23 Top 40 albums and a stellar string of 56 Top 40 singles, ten of which reached the No. 1 spot on the Billboard country charts. Tucker’s indelible songs include some of country music’s biggest hits such as the aforementioned “Delta Dawn,” “Soon,” “Two Sparrows in a Hurricane,” “It’s a Little Too Late,” “Trouble,” “Texas (When I Die),” “If It Don’t Come Easy” and “Strong Enough To Bend.” Tucker is also the recipient of numerous awards, including two CMAs, two ACMs, three CMT awards and 10 GRAMMY nominations.

#TOURINGNEWS - THE BELLAMY BROTHERS JOIN BLAKE SHELTON FOR "FRIENDS AND HEROES 2020"

Blake Shelton championed his friends and heroes like The Bellamy Brothers this year more than ever, from sharing singles to sharing stages – and he’s not done yet! The arena-selling, multi-media entertainer will hit the road once again for “Friends and Heroes 2020” beginning Thursday, February 13 in Portland, Oregon. The 16-date run will hit major cities throughout the Midwest and West Coast, including a stop at The Forum in Los Angeles (full list below). Joining him is very special guest Lauren Alaina as well as The Bellamy Brothers, John Anderson and Trace Adkins.

“The Friends and Heroes Tour was so exciting and successful last year that I couldn’t imagine not trying something like that again,” said Shelton. “Even though every night when the show wrapped, I would tell the audience that they might never see something like this again, with these legends, my plan all along was to at least try to make that happen. I didn’t know if I’d be able to get the same artists, but we were able to work it out where we have the Bellamy Brothers, John Anderson, Trace Adkins and Lauren Alaina all coming back to do the exact same tour. We were only able to do a handful of shows last year, so we’re going to take the tour to different areas so that fans will get a chance to see what we did. I feel like it was the best concert experience that I’ve ever been involved in, and I’m ready to get fired up again.”

Tickets in all cities, apart from Los Angeles, Wichita and Detroit, will go on sale October 25 at 10:00 a.m. local time. The three remaining shows will go on sale at the same time the following week on November 1. Visit blakeshelton.com for links to buy. A limited number of exclusive VIP Packages will be available. These exclusive offers can include an amazing selection of tickets, backstage tours, access to VIP hospitality lounge, preferred parking, custom merchandise and much more.

American Express® Card Members can purchase tickets for select markets before the general public beginning Monday, October 21 at 10:00 a.m. local time through Thursday, October 24 at 10:00 p.m. local time. For Los Angeles, Wichita and Detroit, American Express Card Members can purchase tickets beginning Monday, October 28 at 10:00 a.m. local time through Thursday, October 31 at 10:00 p.m. local time.

In addition to announcing the tour, Shelton is reminding the world that “Jesus Got a Tight Grip” in his brand new song (listen HERE). The seasoned songwriter penned the track alongside frequent collaborators Chase McGill, Jessi Alexander and Rhett Akins. The upbeat tune celebrates the goodness in everyone, even those who might “have a little rust on [their] halo[s].” “Jesus” is available today and comes accompanied with a live video that features his touring band, including CMA Musician of the Year nominee Jenee Fleenor (watch HERE).

“Jesus Got a Tight Grip” is one of five new songs on Shelton’s upcoming December 13 album Fully Loaded: God’s Country. The 12-song collection will feature seven hits from previous albums and five new tracks, including current single “Hell Right” (listen HERE) featuring friend and tour-mate Trace Adkins. The “surefire hit” with a “swampy, loping groove” (The Oklahoman) is nearing Top 20 at country radio and continues to climb.

The project’s title track, three-time CMA-nominated smash “God’s Country,” is the fastest country single in the past year to reach one million track equivalents. It is nominated for Video, Single and Song of the Year. The smash hit became Shelton’s 26th No. 1 on country radio, where it remained for a multi-week run, in addition to his 16th No. 1 on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart. Shelton also earned a Musical Event of the Year nomination for “Dive Bar,” his collaboration with music icon Garth Brooks.

Between putting the finishing touches on Fully Loaded: God’s Country, Shelton has a few select tour dates and is currently filming for the next season of The Voice. Live shows begin November 11.

BELLAMY BROTHERS JOIN BLAKE SHELTON'S "FRIENDS & HEROES 2019" TOUR

From his team members on The Voice to veteran country artists, Blake Shelton has a history of demonstrating his support for the people in whom he believes; when he realized that fans across the country needed to hear music from his friends and heroes, he decided to bring them all out on the road. “Friends & Heroes 2019” will kick off on February 14 in Oklahoma City, Okla. and will span 18 dates across the country (full list below). Very special guest Lauren Alaina joins Shelton for the run along with special appearances by country icons the Bellamy Brothers, John Anderson and Trace Adkins.

“I’m really excited about my tour because it’s taking where I came from and the music I listened to growing up, and actually introducing it to a whole new audience,” Shelton said. “I feel like a lot of people might know the Bellamy Brothers’ and John Anderson’s music, but maybe they’re not familiar with who they are as artists. I think that this is going to be a great opportunity for the country music fan base to be re-introduced to these guys and, selfishly, I’m just excited to share the stage with them! It’ll be great to have Trace back out on the road with us, and I can’t wait for one of my newer friends and heroes, Lauren Alaina, to blow these crowds away.”

Tickets and VIP experiences (information below) for “Friends & Heroes 2019” will go on sale November 9 at 10:00 a.m. Blake Shelton Fan Club members and American Express® Card members can purchase tickets before the general public beginning Friday, November 2 at 10:00 a.m. local through Thursday, November 8 at 10:00 p.m. local.

VIP experiences will be available throughout the 2019 tour with premium perks ranging from a great seat on the floor to exclusive merchandise. KIEFER SUTHERLAND READIES NEW MUSIC AND NEW MANAGEMENT PARTNERSHIP

Kiefer Sutherland, whose “unexpected, unvarnished authenticity as a singer/songwriter” (Associated Press) and “edgy vocals blended with passion” (Rolling Stone), is joining The Fitzgerald Hartley Co. roster, in association with longtime manager and producer Jude Cole, for music management, and Adkins Publicity for music PR/Publicity representation. APA’s Steve Martin will continue overseeing North America and international live music booking.

Sutherland’s career as a touring and recording artist has catapulted him globally as a bonafide guitarist and vocalist. After the release of his “refreshingly honest country-rock album Down In A Hole, with the same lyrical well of lovelorn desperation as Waylon and Willie’s most soulful Outlaws moments” (Guitar Aficionado), Sutherland embarked on a SOLD-OUT North American and European tour.  He played more than 120 shows, including performances on the Grand Ole Opry, Stagecoach and Glastonbury Festival.

Reviewers across the globe continue to be impressed:

“He’s grizzled and passionate; a low rumble, as gravelly as it was authentic.”
-James Hall, The Telegraph

“The action star’s whiskey-sodden country music set is genuinely poignant. He puts other Hollywood hobby acts to shame.”
-Mark Beaumont, The Guardian

“All of the originals conveyed conviction and character. There wasn't a single dud or awkward lyric in the bunch. He didn't appear to be acting when he said he had been waiting a lifetime to play for a crowd like this one. Maybe being a country singer is the role Sutherland was born to play after all.”
-Piet Levy, Milwaukee Journal Sentinel

As a singer/songwriter, Sutherland has performed on “The Talk,” “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” and “The View”  and graced the covers of Guitar Aficionado, Goldmine Magazine and Collectible Guitar issues. Sutherland’s cinematic “Shirley Jean” video, which tells the story of a man's last night on death row, taking the form of a goodbye letter to a woman he once loved, continues to captivate fans on music channels CMT and GAC.
