ALLIE COLLEEN PREMIERES DEBUT OFFICIAL VIDEO FOR NEW SINGLE “WHILE WE’RE STILL FRIENDS” FEAT. LEE BRICE

The official support video for “While We’re Still Friends” feat. Lee Brice by Allie Colleen premiered yesterday on Stryk TV and Country Rebel social media platforms. The video is being added in rotation on Music Choice and CMT Music (CMT’s 24-hour channel) and should start spinning the week of March 3rd.

Produced by Logen Christopher at Stormlight Pictures in Nashville, TN, the video beautifully portrays the emotional journey of a relationship coming to an end and the delicate process of moving forward with grace.

“I cannot even begin to share the excitement of sharing this video with everyone. The support on this song has been amazing and I am honored and humbled by everyone’s kindness on the song's message,” expressed Allie Colleen.

"Allie Colleen brings an exciting sound and energy to music lovers as she comes from an iconic country music lineage with a strong tradition of bridging genres. As a host on SiriusXM Classic Rewind and StrykTV, I can attest that while her roots may be in country, her music resonates across genres and generations.” shared Dean Baldwin, SiriusXM, StrykTV, FM2.0.

With a reputation as a notable songwriter with an iconic-sounding, impeccably strong voice, Allie Colleen released “While We’re Still Friends” featuring Lee Brice as her first release of the new year on February 17, amassing more than 100K organic Spotify streams in the first 4 days. The raw emotion-filled song lyrics, brimming with honesty and sincerity, were collaboratively penned by Allie Colleen, Sara Brice, and Lee Brice.

“While We’re Still Friends” is available on all digital music platforms HERE.

Allie Colleen shared, “For me as a writer, this song was written looking at my marriage and the beautiful season about to end. I hope the listeners find comfort in knowing the absolute bravery required to make the best decisions for themselves and for the best of both partners. I hope this song creates a safe space to feel and reflect.”

“As a songwriter, sometimes I find it hard to understand when writing about myself or creating a narrative using other characters. This song was a ‘punch in the gut’ reality check for me. What started as a co-writer’s idea turned into years of unspoken anxiety and repressed honesty about the relationship I had found myself in. This song in its own way shattered my world and in another way saved my life.”

"Simply said…Allie was made for this. She is authentic to her core regardless of circumstance and in this world we live in right now, that is a tough thing to do and a refreshing quality to find. When Allie, Sara and I first sat down to write this song, I immediately saw that Allie takes on the good, the bad and the ugly in her songwriting. It’s never an easy thing to put your personal life into a song the world will hear and I applaud Allie for challenging herself to go there so honestly,” shared co-producer Lee Brice. “The way she plays, her effortless singing, her God-given ability to connect with people - this song has it all. It is an arrow through the heart and Allie delivers it exactly how it’s supposed to be and only how she could. I am truly honored to be a small part of such a big talent."

Jerrod Nieman added, “I love everything about Allie as a friend and just a great person. It all reflects in her music well beyond her years. She makes music straight from the soul. Working with her and Lee Brice in the studio was truly one of my most memorable moments in Nashville. We had such an amazing experience helping her bring her vision to life and to her fans. I am in her corner and cannot wait to hear all her great music to come.”

Production was a collaboration by Jerrod Niemann, Lee Brice and Allie Colleen with mixing by Cody LaBelle, Evan Hutchings (Drums), Mark Hill (Bass), Rob McNelley (Electric Guitar), Lee Brice (Acoustic Guitar), Mike Rojas (Keys) and Charlie Judge (Strings). George Town Masters provided mastering.

SINGER/SONGWRITER ALLIE COLLEEN RELEASES FIRST SINGLE OF NEW YEAR FULL OF RAW EMOTIONS AND SINCERITY, “HONEST MAN”

Just in time for Valentine’s Day and the celebration of love, singer/songwriter Allie Colleen has announced “Honest Man” as her first release of the new year. The romantic single, with lyrics full of raw emotion and sincerity, was co-written by Allie Colleen, Kate Hasting, Vinny Vencent and Lance Carpenter. The impassioned and soulful song describes a non-traditional marriage proposal, where the female in the relationship does the asking in her own unique way. “Honest Man” is available now at https://taplink.cc/honestman.

“I believe in pursuing who and what you love,” shared Allie Colleen. “This song might reverse the cultural norm of 'him asking her,’ but I would be more than honored to meet a man who made me feel feminine enough to love my strengths as a partner - not alone a woman. This song is how I would ask a man to marry me. I have gotten to witness this song encourage women to be brave, and use this as a part of their own proposals to their partners, and to them, I would just like to say - I look forward to the fact my nieces get to grow up seeing women all around them be as bold as you.”

“Allie has such a distinctive talent for writing unique yet relatable songs. I loved this one as soon as that first chorus hit,” stated producer Joe Costa. “Recording-wise, we kept it as simple and raw as possible which I really loved. When the vocals and lyrics are that good, it's best to stay out of the way!”

“Well I ain’t never met someone like you
You make me feel fragile and bulletproof
I give you the reins and you let me run free
It takes a man like you to love a woman like me
I’ve laid this out in my mind a thousand times
You say you love me I’m calling you out
Let’s set these plans with a stone
You say I’m the one that you can’t live without
But without you I’m just skin and bones
Put this ring on my hand…”

Dick Bundy’s Regency Jewelers of Goodlettsville provided the ring for the artwork created by Allie Colleen. Along with engineering and production, acoustic guitar and keys were added by Joe Costa and mastering was provided by George Town Masters.

ALLIE COLLEEN RELEASES SPINE TINGLING AND EMPOWERING SINGLE, “HALOS AND HORNS”, PRODUCED BY LEE BRICE AND JERROD NIEMANN

Singer/Songwriter, Allie Colleen, who wants her music to be categorized as great music more than a specific genre, announced the digital release of her new spine-tingling and empowering single, “Halos and Horns,” produced by Lee Brice and Jerrod Niemann and co-engineered by Cody LaBelle and Allie Colleen. The Outlaw Country tune depicts a picture of cowboys and angels torn between leather and lace, evil and good. The song was penned by Eric Dodd, Stephen Hunley and Allie Colleen. Allie knew when they were writing this one it was going to be big, a piece to the puzzle to her as an artist and her sound. She believes in women and believes in country music and this song showcases how much women belong in Country music. Women are outlaws and cowboys. Women are tough and outwork anyone around us. This song is not Allie Colleen trying to hang with the boys, but to hopefully encourage listeners that there are women out there making some rad country music right now and there is a place for women at the table.

“Halos and Horns” can be found today on all digital music platforms and is available for streaming and digital download at halosandhorns_ac.

“My whole life has been a clash of 'everything that is a blessing; is a curse.' It has made me who I am. Everything about me, about all of us as individuals, seems to come with a challenge or an opinion. It has been a huge focus of mine lately and through the creation of “Halos and Horns” to accept all those things about myself and put them to work” shared Allie Colleen. “I love this song and how it showcases one of the many sides of Allie Colleen and who I am as an artist.”

“The first time I met Allie, she was writing a song with my wife, Sara, and I was so taken back by this connective voice. Fast forward a year, I watched her play a show out on the road with me, she was barefoot and commanding a crowd like they were her family and best friends, something I haven’t seen in a long time, she has this thing with them no one can describe. When she asked me to be a part of producing some music with her, I was honored and I am so excited for the world to hear her. She knows what she wants. She loves what she does. You cannot ask for much more than that!" exclaimed co-producer, Lee Brice.

“Having the chance to team up with Allie, Lee and our engineer Cody, was one of my favorite moments in Nashville. Helping her bring her vision of “Halos and Horns” to life was truly special. She’s a real artist, with the voice, mind and songwriting skills to prove it,” expressed co-producer Jerrod Niemann.

"I’m a Sunday morning sinner in a white church
On my knees praying ‘til it hurts
In the back row with all the other lost souls

I’m a double shot of whiskey in a dive bar
A cowboy looking for a wild card I can take home
‘Fore the sun I’m long gone

I’m boiling hot I’m freezing cold
I’m holding on I’m letting go
Don’t know why I can’t pick a side

I’m sure fire bet and long shot gamble
Easy to love but I’m hard to handle now
I’m an angel mixed with a hell bent rebel
Gotta heart of gold, I’m silver tongue devil

I don’t know why I’m always torn
Tween the halo and the horns

I’m an 8-second rider tryna make it last
A long haul trucker tryna get there fast
Like a dust cloud, only see me on my way out

Tougher than the leather in the Bible Belt
Softer than pedals of a mission bell
I’ll make your blood burn, You’ll like it when
it hurts

I don’t know why I’m always torn
Just the way I am, I was born
Tween the halo and the horns"

ON THE RISE SINGER/SONGWRITER, ALLIE COLLEEN, ANNOUNCES RELEASE OF “PLAYIN’ HOUSE,” FIRST SINGLE OFF UPCOMING DEBUT ALBUM

Singer/Songwriter, Allie Colleen, has announced the release of the first single, “Playin’ House,” off her highly anticipated upcoming debut album, "STONES". The heartfelt lyrics were co-written by Billy Dawson, Jason Matthews and Allie Colleen. The new project was produced by Joe Costa and recorded at Allentown Recording Studio in Nashville.

Physical copies of the highly anticipated debut album STONES will be available on April 9 for purchase online at alliecolleenmusic.com with a Nov. 19 release on all digital music platforms.

“This was one of those song titles and ideas I have had in my song idea book forever. Every co-write, the writers would pass on the idea, but everything fell right into place when Billy and Jason loved the idea,” expressed Allie Colleen. “From there, the story came out on its own. Inspired by a relationship between two people I know, came the song all of us hate to relate to... “Playin’ House.”

“Allie Colleen is one of the best voices I have heard in a long while. She is also a wordsmith when it comes to songwriting,” exclaimed co-writer Billy Dawson. “I am so proud of my friend and see huge things coming soon for her!”

“The hourglass is cracked and leaking sand
Thought by now I’d have a ring on my hand
Six years right down the drain still doing the same damn thing
Tell me should I leave the light on, light on
We’ve been doing this for so long, so long
Can you tell me where we’re going, going
Cause I can’t tell which way the wind is blowing
I want to believe in those sweet things that drip from your mouth
If those words were water then boy I’d be drowning by now
Is this love or are we just playin-- house, house, house
Playin - house, house, house

I’ve been pulling petals off a rose
Fell like I’m putting my whole life on hold
Ya love me ya love me but not enough is it time to give up …”

CURRENT SINGLE “ALONG THE WAY,” BY SINGER/ SONGWRITER, ALLIE COLLEEN, RELEASED TO RADIO

“Along The Way,” the most recent single by Allie Colleen has been released to radio via CDX Nashville. The song was co-written with Steven McMorran and the Belmont University graduate about loving a traveler, someone with an old soul, and a love for explanation.  It’s saying yes to the unknowns and focusing on the one thing that brings you together (love) opposed to the hundreds of things that could tear two people apart.

“This song was inspired by my best friend Emily, it was triggered by our distance and what it is like to love someone who you know needs to leave and grow up and explore. We hope it encourages you to do some exploration of your own, we hope that you go out and you find all there is to find, and we hope that after all that, you realize that what you had before is worth coming back to,” shares Allie Colleen. “This song is about the courage to look for more and at the end of the day be happy with settling down with the one you love.”

"I feel the song emulates the feelings when loving someone without trying to control him or her. It’s about how love feels vulnerable and unconditional," said co-writer, Steven McMorran
