PARMALEE DELIVERS EMERGENCY FUNDS, MUSIC AND MORE ON THE BOBBY BONES SHOW IN SUPPORT OF OK TORNADO VICTIMS

(Nashville, TN) – Stoney Creek Records act Parmalee dropped by The Bobby Bones Show this morning to deliver a donation of $5,000 on behalf of its record label and to support the victims of the recent Oklahoma tornado that devastated the city of Moore, OK on Monday.

Program host Bobby Bones issued a call to action live on the show inviting Nashville artists to stop by the studio to play a few songs and donate autographed guitars in an effort to raise support in the aftermath of the tragedy.

"Normally I'm not up at 5:00 a.m. but this morning I got up early and when I turned on the radio and heard Bobby Bones was helping the Oklahoma tornado victims, I immediately called him and said 'we're in, how can we help?'" said Scott Thomas. "We all grew-up in North Carolina and have seen the devastation and loss from hurricanes and how important it is for everyone to help rebuild homes and lives, so we want to help do that for everyone in Oklahoma."

Upon arrival, the band performed its current single, “Carolina” and per Bones’ request, a cover of Bob Seger’s “Night Moves.” Additionally, the band urged listeners and fellow Music Row peers to join forces and contribute to help in the aftermath of the disaster.
