GEORGE STRAIT LANDS HIS 59TH NUMBER ONE SINGLE

Nashville, TN – September 14, 2011 – George Strait does it again! His current single "Love's Gonna Make It Alright" off his latest CD HERE FOR A GOOD TIME lands the Number One spot this week on mediabase radio chart. This feat ironically marks his 59th career number one hit for the 59 year old country music superstar - one per year of his life! "Love's Gonna Make It Alright" written by Al Anderson and Chris Stapleton is one of the few Strait did not write with son Bubba and longtime pal Dean Dillon for this album .

"You know, I’ve always thought that whether I’m writing or not, I’ve gotta pick the best songs, whether or not they’re mine," says Strait. "I’m not gonna sing ‘em just because I wrote ‘em. I’ve gotta find the best songs to make the best record I can. I think all of these songs deserve to be on the record."

Here For A Good Time, debuted at Number One on the Billboard Country Album Charts (his 3rd number one album debut in a row) and #3 on Billboard Top 200 Chart (behind Lil Wayne & Adele). Strait co-produced this album with his long-time friend and legendary producer Tony Brown at Shrimpboat Sound Studio in Key West, FL - the same studio where Strait recorded his last three award-winning albums. The Country Music Hall of Famer co-wrote seven of the album’s 11 tracks with his son Bubba and legendary songwriter Dean Dillon.

With a career spanning more than 30 years, George Strait has the most number one singles of any artist in history including Elvis. He has sold nearly 69 million records and with 33 different platinum or multi-platinum albums has the most RIAA platinum certifications in country music and the third in all genres, behind The Beatles and Elvis Presley. Strait was inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame in 2006.

George Strait is the only artist who has had 85 out of 90 radio singles make it to Top 10 and 24 albums at the number one position on Billboard’s Country Music Album Chart – George Strait.

It's Official! The Royal Couple of Country Music, Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert, Exchange Vows.

It's official! Country music's royal couple, Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert, were married Saturday in Boerne, TX before a crowd of 550 friends and family including famous faces in the crowd such as Reba McEntire, Martina McBride, Dierks Bentley, Lady Antebellum's Charles Kelly and even Blake's "The Voice" co-star, Cee Lo Green.

The pair have been together for 5 years, since 2006 and FINALLY to the delight of country music fans everywhere, made it official and exchanged their long-awaited vows at the Don Strange Ranch. Lord, I can only imagine what those vows were. I can hear it now - Blake: "Ran, I promise to maintain your crossbow and clean your guns". Miranda: "Blake, I promise to bail you out of jail before it hits TMZ, send hate mail to Peta under anonymous names and help you keep your politically incorrect mouth from going politically correct". Preacher: "I now pronounce you the married royal couple of country, introducing Mr and Mrs Blake Shelton."

Blake actually explains to US Magazine that making those vows to Miranda means the world to him and he considers it the most special thing he could ever do. He said “I wanted to be married to Miranda the day I proposed. Finally, it's official! I'm married to my best friend! Looking forward to a lifetime of laughter.” What a beautiful couple they are, both in appearance, their obvious love for one another and just as people in general.

Wow, and in case you didn't notice, the wedding was NOT trending on Twitter. The ceremony was in "Twitter Jail" meaning all guests were actually enjoying the wedding and NOT posting every detail online throughout the event. I'm sure all of their Twitter fans are perfectly understanding about this fact and like we all do, wish them a lifetime of nothing but love, Hostess Ding Dongs, spent shell casings and downing the perfect buck.

4th ANNUAL CAUSE FOR PAWS EVENT

NASHVILLE, TN – (May 11, 2011) - Miranda Lambert recently returned to her native Texas to host the 4th Annual “Cause For Paws” Benefit, held at the Festival on the Square in Tyler. More than 7000 people packed the downtown area to enjoy the music of Miranda and special musical guests, Stoney LaRue and Josh Kelley.

Through ticket sales, sponsorships and live auction items, this year’s event raised more than $294,000 bringing the total amount from the last four years to almost $600,000. “This year we took our event to the streets of Tyler to open it up to a broader fan base for both Miranda and the shelter,” said Bev Lambert who is the Director of MuttNation. “There was no shortage of support in this community. Going from 1000 to over 7000 in attendance was quite the feat and we are more than thrilled with the outcome! We want to thank all of our amazing sponsors and the City of Tyler as well as the people of East Texas and beyond for joining us in the fight to aid homeless, abandoned, neglected and abused animals."

On the event Miranda added, “It was wonderful to come home to Tyler again for Cause for the Paws this year. It’s a moving experience to see all of the support for a cause that is so close to my heart. I am so thankful to my fans and everyone who came to be part of this day and help these animals.”

Grammy Winner Miranda Lambert Makes History at Famed Texas Venue

February 21, 2011 – Nashville, TN – Grammy award winning singer/songwriter Miranda Lambert kicked off The Revolution Continues tour this week by performing two sold out shows at the iconic Billy Bob’s Texas in Ft. Worth. Lambert is the first artist to ever sell out back-to-back shows in the history of the venue.

"We at Billy Bob's Texas couldn't be happier with Miranda Lambert. She was the only female artist to sell out our venue in 2010 and nearly 6000 fans per night came out last Friday and Saturday to give us the first back-to-back sellouts in our 30 year history," said Robert Gallagher, Billy Bob's Entertainment Director.

Gallagher acknowledged both shows sold out in a record breaking 30 minutes this past December and all those in attendance were not disappointed.
"Glowing reviews are coming in from all Fort Worth and Dallas media outlets praising her energetic, passionate and heartfelt performances," said Gallagher. "Thanks to Miranda, band and staff for giving us these wonderful milestones, especially in our 30th anniversary year."

During Friday night’s performance, Lambert emotionally dedicated “The House That Built Me” to her grandmother who had passed away less than a week before.

“Lambert is still right there, on the cusp of tremendous things,” praised Preston Jones of the Star Telegram. “Friday night demonstrated she can wrestle with her personal and professional lives simultaneously, one feeding the other, resulting in a superstar who’s eminently relatable. Too few of Nashville’s elite can say the same.”

Platinum-selling recording artist and Grammy award winning singer/songwriter Miranda Lambert recently added seven ACM nominations to her ever-expanding list of accolades, including Entertainer of the Year, Top Female Vocalist of the Year, Single Record of the Year for “The House That Built Me,” Song of the Year for “The House That Built Me,” Video of the Year for “The House That Built Me,” and “Only Prettier,” Vocal Event of the Year for “Coal Miner’s Daughter” with Sheryl Crow and Loretta Lynn. In February, she scored her first Grammy award for “Best Female Country Vocal Performance” for “The House That Built Me” and performed the #1 hit on the show.

In 2010, she was nominated for a record-setting nine CMA awards and took home the trophies for three of those, including Album of the Year (Revolution), Female Vocalist of the Year and Video of the Year for “The House That Built Me.” She received her first AMA nomination for Favorite Female Country Artist and won her first ever fan-voted CMT Award, for Female Video of the Year. MIRANDA LAMBERT ANNOUNCES THE REVOLUTION CONTINUES TOUR WITH SPECIAL GUESTS JUSTIN MOORE AND JOSH KELLEY

Nashville, TN (January 31, 2011) - Following a whirlwind year full of impressive accolades and her first ever headlining tour, Texas singer/songwriter Miranda Lambert is revving up to hit the road again. The Revolution Continues nationwide tour kicks off February 24th in St. Louis, MO with special guests Justin Moore and Josh Kelley. In addition to her own tour, Lambert will join country legend Alan Jackson for his first Australian tour, which sold out in minutes.

Last year, Lambert’s first headlining tour met with sold out shows and rave reviews. The Revolution Continues tour should prove to deliver more of the same. "Whether it was the energetic 'Gunpowder and Lead,' where she picked up her microphone stand (shaped as a rifle) and pointed it at the crowd, or the emotional 'The House That Built Me,' Miranda proved she's one of the most powerful performers in today's country scene," praises Annie Reuter from AOL’s The Boot. "Aided by her powerhouse band, tender ballads like the exquisite 'The House That Built Me' and snarling barnburners like 'Maintain the Pain' blended to form a seamless 90-minute set that was over far too soon," raves Preston Jones with the Star Telegram.

"As for Lambert, she proved her queenly stature with terrific songs (the right mix of attitude and emotion -- with plenty of depth), a potent voice (no one can twang a song like she can) and a tight, forceful band," says Star Tribune’s Jon Bream.
Lambert’s special guests also sing her praises and can’t wait to get this tour started.

"Miranda and I met and became buddies on Brad Paisley's American Saturday Night tour, although, I’ve been a fan of her music for a while," says Justin Moore. "I am very excited to get to tour together again and I couldn’t be happier for her and her success over the past year. It’s gonna be a blast."

"I can’t wait to tour again with Miranda this spring to continue the Revolution, we had so much fun together in fall," exclaims Josh Kelley. "Getting to introduce my new songs to her audience was exhilarating, and now that my album 'Georgia Clay' is being released on March 22nd, fans will be able to take the music home with them."

Born and raised in Poyen, Arkansas (Pop. 272), Southern Country Stylist Justin Moore embodies the soul and character of a kid from a small town in both life and in music with his tough-talking, straight-shooting brand of Country music. Lauded as Billboard’s “New Country Artist of 2009,” Moore was the only new Country artist that year to earn #1 single status (for his hometown anthem “Small Town USA”). The success of "Small Town USA" made the Arkansas native the first solo artist to have a song from his/her debut album go to #1 since Taylor Swift's "Our Song" (from her Big Machine Records self-titled release) in December 2007. The hit has sold over half a million downloads to-date. Moore’s follow-up single, “Backwoods,” was a Top 5 hit and his single, “How I Got To Be This Way” was a top 20 hit. Moore’s self-titled album, which debuted on the Billboard Top 200’s Top 10, was recognized as one of the best albums of 2009 in The New York Times “The Year in the Arts” list by music critic Jon Caramanica. Justin’s sophomore album will be out later this year, with a new single set to impact Country Radio in first quarter.

A 2010 CMT Music Award Nominee, Moore is also a Top 15 MySpace Artist (Country) and performed alongside Brad Paisley on the H20 World Tour through the end of 2010. The rising star has been featured recently in The New York Times, The Washington Post, People Country, Billboard and USA Today as well as on the 2010 CMT Music Awards, NPR, WGN Midday News, Fox News Channel, the Associated Press, the 2009 CMT Music Awards, Crook & Chase, GAC and Better TV. Moore’s music has also been featured on FOX’s Hannity & Colmes, NFL Rewind and the2010 Academy of Country Music Awards.

Singer-songwriter Josh Kelley joined the Universal Music Group Nashville family, signing with MCA in 2009. His debut country album Georgia Clay is slated for release on March 22nd, with the first single “Georgia Clay” currently Top 30 at country radio. Kelley has experienced plenty of musical success in the past with the release of six previous studio albums; including the critically-acclaimed For The Ride Home which featured his top-5 hit "Amazing".

Growing up in Georgia, country music was always a part of his upbringing. With this new project he has returned to his roots and feels like he is finally back home. Kelley has maintained a high media profile over the past 4 years, appearing on the Emmy award-winning NBC talk show Ellen and performing on Good Morning America, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Regis & Kelly, Carson Daly and E!. He has been featured in People Magazine, Us Weekly, Billboard, Life & Style, OK! Magazine, Entertainment Weekly, Radar, Paste, and many other notable publications. Several of his songs have been featured on episodes of Smallville (“Almost Honest” and “Cain and Able”), Scrubs (digital soundtrack), Brothers and Sisters (“Opposite of Me”), The Hills (“Miles Away”) and What About Brian (“Lady of Mine”). Kelley also penned the theme song for CBS’ hit series Mike & Molly entitled “I See Love” which is performed by Keb Mo.
