PEDIGREE FOUNDATION ANNOUNCES SONGWRITERS BENEFIT "JAMIE O'NEAL AND FRIENDS" AT THE LISTENING ROOM CAFE ON JUNE 9

PEDIGREE Foundation “Music Pawty” to Help Dogs in Need Find Loving Homes


The PEDIGREE Foundation and country artist Jamie O’Neal will host a special songwriters round at The Listening Room Café on Sunday, June 9 to benefit PEDIGREE Foundation’s grants program that supports organizations helping dogs in need find loving homes.  The event, dubbed PEDIGREE Foundation’s “Music Pawty”, will feature several exciting artists like Jillian Cardarelli, Levi Hummon, Erin Kinsey and QUEEVA.  Doors open at 11:30 a.m. with lunch available for purchase; the show is at 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.

“I am honored to support PEDIGREE Foundation and the incredible work they do across the country to help end dog homelessness,” said Jamie O’Neal.  “I’m grateful for my fellow dog-lovers and singer-songwriter friends that are joining me in support of this important cause, and we’re asking festival fans, and locals alike, to come out to ‘pawty’ with us and help raise much-needed funds for dogs in need.”

PEDIGREE Foundation is a 501(c)(3) private foundation, founded in 2008, that supports shelters and rescue organizations, as well as encouraging people to ADOPT, VOLUNTEER, and DONATE.  At the close of 2018, the foundation contributed more than $7.3 million through 5,300 grants to shelters and rescues across the country. The PEDIGREE Foundation grants are funded by the PEDIGREE® Brand, contributions from partners and dog lovers like you.  The funds raised by the foundation are used to support organizations that help dogs in need find their loving homes -- helping to end pet homelessness.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (May 6, 2014)—The maiden benefit concert event 3D-Denim, Diamonds & Divas (3D) [scheduled to be held Saturday, September 13, 2014 at Baldwin Park in Aurora, Missouri (North Hudson Ave.)] is set to highlight once-in-a-lifetime performances by some of country music’s hottest “leading ladies.” Presented by Jimmy Michel Motors, the extraordinary entertainment experience will kick-off at 12PM and conclude at midnight; the daylong music extravaganza is readied to showcase stellar, award-winning talent in support of the youth and community of the surrounding area. Organized by RS Express Entertainment, 100% of the 3D proceeds will benefit select local organizations—Aurora Parks and Recreation, Aurora United Methodist Children’s and Youth Ministry, Lawrence County Drug Court Foundation and Youth Athletic Program of Lawrence County.

“A concert of this caliber is unique to Aurora and the surrounding areas,” expressed Aurora City Manager Mike Randall. “The 3D: Denim, Diamonds and Divas event will boast spectacular lady talent that folks may never see together again--at one place, at one time--and it will certainly conclude the summer famously!”
Featured performers include the energetic, internationally touring Mustang Sally Band. The newly re-united Keith Burns and Heidi Newfield of the hit group Trick Pony (“Pour Me” / “Just What I Do” / “On A Night Like This”) will add three dimensional flair; while Grammy-nominated, platinum-selling country-recording artist Jamie O’Neal (“There Is No Arizona” / “When I Think About Angels” / “Somebody’s Hero”) is anticipated to deliver memorable performances of fan favorites.  Adding local flavor, singer/songwriter and Nashville’s “one to watch,” Liz Moriondo will perform along with another hometown belle, Elise, who will set the pace to launch the fun-filled family outing. All on one stage, at one event for one-time only, the “P.M.S.” (pretty much spectacular) lineup of powerhouse women (with a strong supporting dose of testosterone with appearances by Keith Burns of Trick Pony and Jake Taylor of Mustang Sally) is set to bring on the sass to “rock” the park. More talent—including the highly anticipated headliner—will be announced in the upcoming weeks!

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (October 9, 2013)—The Colorado Flood Foundation, a 501(c)(3) charity organization formed to provide financial assistance and relief to those affected by the devastating Colorado Floods, has assembled a prominent group of national and local sponsors and formidable talent to present the Neighbors Helping Neighbors Colorado Country—Nashville Rises benefit concert event. Scheduled to be held in Loveland, Colorado (Thursday, October 17, 2013 at 7:00PM), the charity concert is poised as a “must-see” event offering personal accounts from first-hand experiences and live entertainment by performers straight from Nashville who will lend comfort, hope and compassion from one city to another.

The affair will be held at the Budweiser Event Center located at 5290 Arena Circle. Country music enthusiasts from all over Colorado are anticipated to gather for this morale-boosting, fun-filled evening to benefit the victims of the Colorado floods fundraising organization. [100% of the proceeds will be donated to the family/victims of the Colorado Flood with check presentations at the concert event.]

Artists who have stepped up in a collaborative effort to offer their time and talents include: Billy Dean, Andy Griggs, Jamie O’Neal and the recently reunited power trio of the early 2000s Trick Pony (Keith Burns/Ira Dean/Heidi Newfield). Collectively, the acts boast seven gold records, 36 Top 20 hits, 21 Top 10 singles and notable No. 1 chart-toppers between them. More award-winning performers and special celebrity guests are anticipated. Also appearing are local acts Jerusalem Road, Paul Chet and Bodragaz.

About The Colorado Flood 2013 

The 2013 Colorado Floods hit the Front Range September 8-15 canvassing more than 200 miles, recording up to 17 inches of rainfall, with over 2,100 homes evacuated and nearly 5,000 homes destroyed. A natural tragedy that has been compared to Hurricane Katrina, damages are estimated at $1 billion. Affecting 17 counties, the President declared a state of emergency in 15 of the counties including Boulder, Clear Creek, Denver and El Paso.
