JORDAN ST. CYR DEBUTS SOPHOMORE "MY FOUNDATION" ON JUNE 14 WITH TITLE TRACK RELEASING MAY 10, MOTHER’S DAY WEEKEND

Following Powerful Opry Debut, Manitoba Native and Juno Award Winner Releases 11-Track LP on Father’s Day Weekend via BEC Recordings

Lauded by contemporaries including Amy Grant, Matthew West, and Mac Powell, St. Cyr is the winningest recording artist at Canada’s 2022 and 2023 GMA Covenant Awards

Manitoba native, 2023 Juno Award recipient in an Album of the Year category, and 16-time GMA Covenant Award winner Jordan St. Cyr launches his sophomore album My Foundation on June 14, Father’s Day weekend, with its title track releasing to DSPs on May 10, Mother's Day weekend.

My Foundation isn’t just the title of an album or a song though, it’s a revelation of St. Cyr’s way of life. “This album comes on the heels of a challenging season centered around my daughter Emery’s health,” says the 41-year-old husband to Heather and father of four: Aidan (13), Liam (11), Willa (9) and Emery (5).

“As a family we had to root down and lean into faith – our foundation,” he continues. “Emery was diagnosed with Sturge-Weber Syndrome at birth (Nov. 2018) which developed into regular seizures as she continued to grow. When she was 4 years old, we moved to Nashville and connected with excellent doctors at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital, and our now-5-year-old baby girl has been seizure-free for over a year.”

A construction worker by trade, St. Cyr expressed his family’s journey of gratitude and faith through song, with the Biblical parable of the wise and foolish builders (found in Matthew) at the core of the album. “The fact my faith parallels my also being a builder; the song and album title were obvious choices. Thinking back now, I recall my wife and I staying up night after night for weeks praying for Emery; I now rejoice for all the gifts He gave us through the process. This record is quite literally a statement of faith declaring not ‘what,’ but ‘Who’ my and my family’s lives are built upon.”

The record’s first single, “Rescue” (released April 14, 2023), is climbing radio charts stretching across the U.S. and Canada, currently at #15 on the Billboard Christian Airplay and in the Top 15 at Billboard AC Monitored charts and Mediabase.

“'Rescue' was inspired by a two-week season where it felt like my family and I were being attacked on all sides,” he says. “It started with the news of Emery battling seizures and potentially having eye surgery, our oldest daughter breaking her leg, myself losing a record deal, our car breaking down twice, and all six of us getting food poisoning. Life felt impossible but the promise of Jesus held true. When things got chaotic our rescue was His peace. He is the calm in the storm and his faithfulness never left us. Not even once.” Watch the “Rescue” music video here.

St. Cyr was recognized with additional five honors during 2023’s GMA Canada Covenant Awards, including Artist of the Year, making him the most-awarded artist for a second consecutive year.

With this momentum, St. Cyr is sought-after on the road in the U.S. and Canada. Having toured with artists including Mac Powell, Jeremy Camp, Anne Wilson, Colton Dixon, Crowder, Matt Maher and the K-LOVE Christmas Tour, St. Cyr will be embarking on Summer tour dates in June (dates and venues to be announced in coming weeks).

New Country Duo Preps For BMI Key West Songwriters Festival "Kick-Off Party," UK And Denmark Tour Dates Before Heading Out With Tim McGraw

Sometimes it "All Goes South,” but for Heartwreckers (Brock Butler and Ryan Garrett), nothing could be further from the truth — it’s simply the title of their song chosen by ESPN for its SEC Network’s college baseball season. The new country duo landed its first sync deal with the sports behemoth earlier this month and released its second-ever single, “Don’t Trust That Truck,” last week.

“Don’t Trust That Truck” is the second track off Heartwreckers’ upcoming EP, "Shut Up And Drink", a collection of five envelope-pushing country songs all written by Butler and Garrett, reflecting the unblinking lyrical and sonic approach the duo applies to country music. Produced by Andrew Baylis (Jelly Roll, Austin Snell, Pecos & The Rooftops), Garrett describes the project’s sound as “Country. Ass. Rock. With the periods!”

“It's like the truck is possessed,” Garrett says of the new track, “and every time I get in it, it drives me straight to where I'm not supposed to go — her house.”

“Then she kicks me out,” says Butler, “and I'm miserable again. That’s the theme of that song. It’s a fun one.”

"Shut Up And Drink" is set for release on May 24, supported by a run of live show dates beginning May 1st, when the duo is featured on the 28th Annual Key West Songwriters Festival, Presented by BMI "Kick-Off Party," at Sunset Pier with Dylan Marlowe. Garrett adds, "I grew up listening to Tim McGraw driving down backroads in my dad’s Dodge. 'Shotgun Rider' is one of my favorite country songs of all time. Being able to hear that song on the road every night and being able to open for such a staple in country music is a dream I never thought would become reality until now."

TOP 40 ARTIST BRADLEY GASKIN MAKES LONG-AWAITED MUSICAL RETURN WITH NEW SONG "ACCIDENTALLY DRUNK", OUT NOVEMBER 17

Co-written by Ashley McBryde and produced by Keith Stegall, song marks debut track from Gaskin’s forthcoming EP due out 2024

Bradley Gaskin (30A Life Records) stepped away from the spotlight a decade ago after reaching the Top 40 with his debut single "Mr. Bartender" and making numerous appearances on the Grand Ole Opry. He makes his long-awaited return on Nov. 17 with “Accidentally Drunk,” the first single and title track from his forthcoming Keith Stegall-produced 2024 EP.

Written by GRAMMY-winner Ashley McBryde, multi-platinum songwriter and producer Justin Ebach and Dan Smalley, “Accidentally Drunk” takes listeners with Gaskin on a country heartbreak ballad ride as he attempts to stay sober following a painful breakup.

“I believe Alan Jackson said it best… ‘doin’ what I love and loving what I do,’” says Gaskin. “Country music rattles my bones… and having a song like ‘Accidentally Drunk’ hits me just right where a country song is supposed to.”

Adds Stegall, "Singers are a dime a dozen. Exceptional artists aren’t. Make no mistake. Bradley Gaskin is an artist.”

Stegall, a former Top 40 artist himself, is perhaps best known as a hit producer for Alan Jackson, Zac Brown Band, and George Jones. Brought together by a mutual appreciation for great storytelling and songwriting, Gaskin and Stegall recently wrapped recording on the 2024 EP, joined by a number of top-tier musicians including GRAMMY-winning guitarist Brent Mason (George Strait, Shania Twain), drummer Tommy Harden (Waylon Jennings, Reba McEntire), and bassist Glenn Worf (Bob Seger, Mark Knopfler).

Though Gaskin's upcoming record will mark his first release since 2011, the country artist has built remarkable momentum by rallying his audience on social media during the intervening years. He has earned more than 237.5 million views on TikTok — a statistic unmatched by many of country music's current chart-toppers — and has continued to write new material, too, penning songs for the likes of Sammy Kershaw and GRAMMY-nominated gospel duo Jeff and Sheri Easter.

From country to gospel, Statler Made is literally what made us. DENNIS QUAID RELEASES "WHAT A FRIEND WE HAVE IN JESUS" FROM DEBUT GOSPEL ALBUM 'FALLEN: A GOSPEL RECORD FOR SINNERS' OUT JULY 28

Emmy®️ Award winner and two-time Golden Globe®️ nominee Dennis Quaid's cover of "What a Friend We Have in Jesus" from his forthcoming debut gospel album, Fallen: A Gospel Record for Sinners, is available now.

Fallen is slated for release on July 28 via Gaither Music Group. Pre-order the album HERE.

"What a Friend We Have in Jesus" follows Quaid's cover of Kris Kristofferson's "Why Me Lord," which "shows off his rugged vocals (American Songwriter)," as the second track to be released from Fallen.

Combining soul-stirring renditions of seven hymns and classics with five original songs, Quaid delivers honest, inspiring lyrics sung with unmistakable tones that reflect heartfelt gratitude and eternal hope.

During a recent TalkShopLive® appearance at RFD-TV in Nashville, Quaid chatted with host Bill Cody about each of the tracks on Fallen. Watch the full interview and pre-order an autographed copy of the album HERE.

Fallen was executive produced by Quaid with producers David R. "Fergie" Ferguson, Ben Isaacs and Chris Lindsey. The Isaacs and Jackson Brumley supply background vocals on "I'll Fly Away," while The Oak Ridge Boys join Quaid on "Life's Railway to Heaven."

Originally released on the soundtrack for Quaid's faith-based film I CAN ONLY IMAGINE, "On My Way to Heaven" was inspired by the global superstar's public grapple with addiction. Quaid also vulnerably acknowledges these personal struggles and his subsequent return to Christianity on songs like the title track.

Fallen follows Quaid's 2018 album, Out of the Box, described by Quaid as a junkyard of American music. Though he loves writing, recording and making movies, music holds a special place in the Texas native's heart, and for the last four decades, he has toured extensively, displaying equal ease on the piano and acoustic guitar. Quaid enchants audiences with a set list that ranges from songs such as those included on Fallen to rock 'n' roll standards like "Great Balls of Fire!," an homage to "the Killer," whom he portrayed in the 1989 box office smash.

Also known for his roles in THE ROOKIE, THE DAY AFTER TOMORROW, TRAFFIC, VANTAGE POINT, FREQUENCY, THE PARENT TRAP, SOUL SURFER, THE RIGHT STUFF, BREAKING AWAY and MIDWAY, Quaid's recent big-screen credits include starring roles in Netflix’s uplifting movie, BLUE MIRACLE, Sony’s thriller THE INTRUDER, Universal’s A DOG’S JOURNEY and A DOG’S PURPOSE and Disney's animated adventure film STRANGE WORLD. He also recently completed production portraying the 40th president of the United States in the biopic, REAGAN, slated for release in early 2024.

RAY SCOTT DELIVERS NEW SINGLE, "HEY FOOL", ON JUNE 30

The “Country Renegade” (PEOPLE Magazine)
reminisces on love and fidelity in self-reflective new track:
“This is a ‘Don’t F it Up’ song”

Ray Scott follows his May 31 single “Ripples” with “Hey Fool,” a new track out June 30 at digital streaming platforms.

Known for his “painstakingly crafted” lyrics and stories ”that match his top-shelf vocals” (Billboard), Scott penned “Hey Fool” as a cautionary tale about love, loyalty, and loss, told from the perspective of someone who’s lived the consequences.

“We all make mistakes… we all ‘F it up’ sometimes,” says Scott. “This is a ‘Don't F it up’ song, told by an authority on the subject. I think most can relate… from either side.”

Pre-save/add “Hey Fool” here: https://onerpm.link/Hey_Fool

“Hey Fool” and “Ripples” follow Scott’s 10th studio album, Wrong Songs: Musings From The Shallow End (3.31), a satirical collection of irreverent, high-energy honky-tonk tunes.

While hilariously “shallow,” the album sits atop a deep foundation of hard-earned country music cred. An independent artist with a “fathoms-deep singing voice and wicked songwriting wit” (Rolling Stone), Scott co-wrote Clay Walker's 2003 hit "A Few Questions" and Randy Travis' "Pray for the Fish” before releasing his 2005 debut album, My Kind of Music.

His 2021 album Cover The Earth — hailed as “the kind of country that reaches inside your heart and gives it a two fisted squeeze” by American Songwriter — plumbed the depths of personal pain and family history.

O.N.E THE DUO DELIVERS "TIL YOU CALLED MY NAME" FRIDAY, JUNE 16

O.N.E The Duo — the first Black mother-daughter duo in Country music — today releases its latest single and music video “Til You Called My Name,”from its upcoming debut album Blood Harmony (out August 11 via Visionary Media Group).

Co-written by the duo with John Bettis (Lynn Anderson, Michael Jackson, Diana Ross, George Strait, Whitney Houston) and Marv Green (Carrie Underwood, Eric Church, Tim McGraw), produced by Nash Overstreet (Hot Chelle Rae),“Til You Called My Name” illuminates the power of unconditional love as a grounding force in a whirlwind world — especially the bond between mother and daughter.

"’Til You Called My Name’ is very sentimental and, I believe, the heartbeat and soul of Blood Harmony,” says Tekitha (who comprises O.N.E The Duo with her daughter Prana Supreme). “It encompasses the pure love between Prana and I and the gratitude we have for sharing this journey with one another. Beyond being a mother and daughter, the song captures what happens to a Being when they give and receive unconditional love. They find home within. The line in the chorus that says, ‘I never knew where home was, I didn't know where home was, Til You Called My Name,’ summed it up perfectly.”

She adds, "This music video captures the tenderness of this song but also closes with a page from our family history: a music-filled house party setting featuring friends like Claude Kelly and Chuck Harmony, but truly — the most special part of the entire video is that it opens with Prana's voice at 2 years old by way of one of our most personal home movies. It's so special to us and I hope others find it special as well."

“Til You Called My Name” marks the latest single from Blood Harmony, following the CMT 2023 Next Women of Country artists’ hits “Hearts Like Mine” (May 12) and “Feels Good” (March 17).

“Feels Good” (co-written with Nash Overstreet and Shane Stevens) debuted with a world broadcast premiere on CMT, CMT Music and Paramount Times Square Billboards, and fueled explosive growth for the duo on TikTok. The accompanying video, directed by Ana Peralta Chong, has garnered over 2.5 million views on YouTube, and the song has been playlisted across Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, Tidal, and SoundCloud, and added to regular rotation at SiriusXM The Highway (Country) Channel and Venus (Pop) Channel (where it currently ranks as the #15 most-played song).

The “glamorous and exciting” (NYLON Magazine) duo performed during CMA Fest in Nashville on Friday June 9th, and is readying for more performances which will be announced soon. Visit www.onetheduo.com for up to date tour information.
