Texas troubadour George Strait has announced the only performance in his home state this year with a concert set for Saturday, June 15, 2024, at Texas A&M’s Kyle Field. The King of Country Music will be joined by special guests Parker McCollum and Catie Offerman.

Tickets to the Kyle Field performance go on sale to the general public Thursday, March 28, at 10 a.m. CT via TheKingAtKyle.com. American Express® Card Members can purchase tickets before the general public beginning March 22 at 10 a.m. CT through March 27 at 10 p.m. CT.

The news follows the recent announcement that Strait will once again team up with Chris Stapleton to perform one-off stadium dates this year with stops at New Jersey’s MetLife Stadium, Chicago’s Soldier Field, Las Vegas’ Allegiant Stadium and more. Joining the King of Country and Stapleton for those nine dates are special guests Little Big Town.

Since his record-breaking Cowboy Rides Away Tour in 2014, Strait has performed for limited engagements outside of his 36-and-counting Strait to Vegas shows at T-Mobile Arena, including headlining both weekends of the Austin City Limits Music Festival in 2021 plus his 31st appearance at the Houston Rodeo in 2022. With an unmatched 60 singles hitting the top of the charts—more than any other artist in any genre—during the span of his 30+ year career, Strait has collected 33 Platinum or multi-Platinum-selling albums, more than any other Country artist and ranking third across all genres behind The Beatles and Elvis Presley. The Texas troubadour is the only artist or act in history to have a Top 10 hit every year for over three decades and recently earned his 100th entry on the Billboard Country Airplay chart with his latest single, “The Weight of the Badge.” He has sold nearly 70 million albums and earned more than 60 major entertainment industry awards, including induction in the Country Music Hall of Fame in 2006.

ACM Lifting Lives®, the philanthropic partner of the Academy of Country Music®, announced today the return of ACM Lifting Lives LIVE, presented by Choctaw Casinos & Resorts, the tentpole fundraising event of ACM Awards Week, which brings together artists, industry members, and fans for an all-star concert on the golfing green at Topgolf The Colony on May 15, ahead of the 59th ACM Awards® the following evening. ACM Award winner Parker McCollum will serve as the headliner for this year’s highly-anticipated event, with additional performers to be announced in the coming weeks.

In its second year in Texas, Parker McCollum and Friends: ACM Lifting Lives LIVE, Presented by Choctaw Casinos & Resorts will raise money and awareness for ACM Lifting Lives, which works to improve lives through the power of music with a specific focus on health-related initiatives that use music therapy as a way of healing. Significant annual commitments include the ACM Lifting Lives Autism Lab at Vanderbilt Kennedy Center and their annual Music Camp, a week-long, music-driven, residential program for individuals with Williams syndrome. Their work also includes contributions to various organizations that provide mental health support for the country music community, along with grants through The Diane Holcomb Emergency Relief Fund, given to individuals who face unexpected emergencies or hardships.

"I am truly honored that ACM Lifting Lives has given me the opportunity to host the Parker McCollum & Friends: ACM Lifting Lives event this year at Topgolf in The Colony, TX,” McCollum says. “The work they do to improve lives through the power of music and the funds they raise are vital to helping folks in and out of our Country music community. “The support of Country Music artists and the industry as a whole are what makes the impactful work of ACM Lifting Lives possible,” explained ACM Lifting Lives Executive Director Lyndsay Cruz. “We have been massive fans of Parker for years, and we couldn’t be more excited that he chose to volunteer his time to help us raise money and awareness in his home state. We can’t wait to party with the fans in north Texas so soon!”

WILLIAM BECKMANN INVITED TO DEBUT ON GRAND OLE OPRY BY PARKER MCCOLLUM

BECKMANN RAISES OVER $50,000 FOR MATTHEW AND CAMILA MCCONAUGHEY’S JUST KEEP LIVIN’ FOUNDATION’S UVALDE RELIEF FUND

Emerging artist and Texas native William Beckmann received an exciting video call from fellow Texan and friend Parker McCollum recently inviting him to make his Grand Ole Opry debut on March 3. A visibly shaken Beckmann offered his gratitude to McCollum for all the support thus far.

“When Beckmann first performed for us, we were spellbound by the richness of his vocal and the classic beauty of his songs,” says Jordan Petit, Artist Relations & Programming Strategy at Opry Entertainment Group. “We are excited to see him step onto the Opry stage & join a history where so many vocal giants have performed.”

“Performing on the Grand Ole Opry stage is every country singer’s dream and I am beyond excited to finally have my chance to play there," says an emotional Beckmann. "I grew up in a small town in Texas and have so many friends and family who will be coming to cheer me on. To feel the love and support from both the Opry and my hometown is something I am beyond grateful for.”

His debut will follow a performance at the Ryman Auditorium’s Texas Independence Day Celebration with Pat Green and Randy Rogers Band the night prior.

This exciting news comes on the heels of a successful 2022 for the bilingual Beckmann. Late last year, he wrapped his Las Posadas Tour: Hope for Uvalde that sold out nine shows in ten days across Texas raising over $50,000 for Matthew and Camila McConaughey’s Just Keep Livin’ Foundation’s Uvalde Relief Fund.

“We are grateful to William for his generosity in giving back to Uvalde through his tour,” says McConaughey. “The money he was able to raise will make a big impact in the services the just keep livin Foundation is providing to this community.”

“Looking back on 2022, the Las Posadas tour is probably what I’ll remember the most. I feel blessed to have had the opportunity to help a community in need," says Beckmann. "Especially when that community is one I know well. I want to thank all the people who helped me organize the tour and of course all the fans who came out to support it.”

Beckmann’s current single “Damn This Heart Of Mine” currently sits inside the Top 20 on Texas Radio Charts and continues to climb. New music from his forthcoming album will be released this spring.

#TOURINGNEWS - ERIC CHURCH PLOTS ONE-OF-A-KIND STADIUM SHOW AT MILWAUKEE’S AMERICAN FAMILY FIELD

Brothers Osborne & Parker McCollum Join as Support
Memorial Day Weekend; May 28, 2022

Tickets On Sale February 18 at 10 a.m. CT via EricChurch.com

As The Gather Again Tour continues to consistently rank as a top tour each week, Eric Church has even bigger plans for 2022. With the Entertainer of the Year’s “Heart On Fire” climbing the Top 10 at Country radio, the man celebrated by Stereogum as “one of the biggest touring musicians on earth” has no intentions of taking his foot off the gas; proven by today’s announcement of a one-of-a-kind headlining show at Milwaukee’s American Family Field set for May 28, 2022, Memorial Day Weekend.

“Back in 2006, I think I was first-of-six booked at Country Thunder, but it was the big stage,” says the North Carolinian. “Sinners had just been released… and the next year I remember playing Kelly’s Bleachers and half the room was there to see us play, the other half had no idea who we were. The next time we played, those 378 people brought friends… and that never really stopped. This time I’m bringing friends with me, too. See you on May 28, Milwaukee.”

Joining the Chief for the newly announced Milwaukee show are nine-time GRAMMY nominees and reigning CMA Vocal Duo of the Year Brothers Osborne plus MusicRow Breakout Artist of the Year Parker McCollum.

Tickets go on sale to the general public Friday, Feb. 18 at 10 a.m. CT via EricChurch.com. Members of the Church Choir will have early access to tickets beginning Friday, Feb. 11.

Church Choir members will also have the exclusive opportunity to gather together for a pre-show hang by adding the “Church Choir Pre-Show Gathering” during the Church Choir pre-sale to receive early entry to the show and access to the pre-show gathering hang, food, two drink tickets, a special gift, giveaways and more. Also at the stadium and open to the general public will be a pop-up store with tailgate games, These Boots by Lucchese (Church’s exclusive signature boot line) and additional on-site activities.
