DRAKE MILLIGAN RELEASES FAN-DEMANDED "I GOT A PROBLEM" (FULL LENGTH)

The Full Length Version of His Current Single Was Performed on America’s Got Talent in September

International Profile Surging, With Canadian Collab Single (“Honky Tonkin’ About”), 2023 Tour Dates and More

Drake Milligan is giving fans what they crave, releasing the full length, original version of his current single following a captivating return to America’s Got Talent. The newly recorded “I Got A Problem (Full Length)” is out today (11/3).

With a rich, warm vocal and a sound tipping its hat to neon-lit ‘90s romance, the track remains a heartfelt tribute to an all-consuming love – but now comes with an added layer of refinement.

Featuring a new piano intro to showcase the effortless ease of Milligan’s beyond-his-years baritone, “I Got A Problem (Full Length)” captures the track just like the rising star performed it as an America’s Got Talent guest in September – returning to the scene of his national-TV breakout last season.

The cool-and-collected performance was so riveting, it prompted host (and early believer) Simon Cowell to invite Milligan to be a part of an upcoming AGT spin-off show – and led fans to demand it be released.

Meanwhile, Milligan’s global profile continues its skyrocketing growth, with successes piling up across North America, Europe and beyond.

Mixing traditional country twang and a dose of right-now swagger, Milligan and multi-PLATINUM duo The Reklaws are currently rising up the Canadian charts with their inside the Top 10 collab single, “Honky Tonkin’ About,” earning acclaim from outlets like Billboard and even a performance at the 2023 Canadian Country Music Awards last month.

The creative partners also traveled to Romania to film a time-warp music video with a star-studded cast, enlisting Christopher McDonald (Happy Gilmore), Robert Knepper (Prison Break) and Mary-Louise Parker (Weeds) for a clip which premiered at the crossroads of the world on October 19, taking over CMT/Paramount’s famous Times Square billboards in New York City. Watch the video HERE.

Meanwhile, Milligan has already performed over 100 U.S. shows this year, and will keep the throttle pinned as the calendar flips, opening for fellow Texan Cody Johnson in 2024, along with an extensive headlining tour of the U.S.

As for the rest of this year, he’ll first head to Canada for four snowy shows in December, and will then close out the year with a hometown bang, set to rock the World’s Largest Honky Tonk – Billy Bob’s Fort Worth – on New Years Eve, marking the third time this year he has sold out the venue.

From there, he’ll fly to Europe for six shows including stops in Germany, TheNetherlands, Switzerland, Belgium and the U.K., and Milligan already has two international festivals on tap for 2024. He’s booked for big-time appearances in Australia (CMC Rocks QLD 2024 – March 15) and Norway (Den Forvitnelege Countryfestivalen 2024 – July 27).

It all follows the acclaimed release of Milligan’s 2022 album debut, Dallas/FortWorth, and looking ahead, fans can expect all new music in 2024.

STONEY CREEK’S ADAM CRAIG TO RELEASE NEW MUSIC FRIDAY

“If You’re Lucky” and “Whatever You’re Drinking To” Debut April 5

Stoney Creek Records recording artist Adam Craig will release two new songs this Friday, April 5th. Armed with a natural ability to place listeners into the story and make them feel something deeply, Adam transports listeners back to their glory days in a small town with “If You’re Lucky,” while the up-tempo barroom tune “Whatever You’re Drinking To” will have folks longing for a cold one. You can get the two new tracks at midnight ET Friday HERE.

The artist’s Top 40 single “Just a Phase” made an indelible mark on the Country format, propelling Rolling Stone to declare him a “blowtorch of a voice” and one of its “10 Country Artists You Need To Know” (Summer 2016). Showcasing his ability to write a heartbreaker in his soul-bearing debut single, “Reckon” and the heart-wrenching fan-favorite “Why Can’t She,” it is clear Adam is not afraid to show his sensitive side. His two new tunes however, showcase his story-telling talents in a new light.

“This is the first time that I’ve really met with publishers and got deep into the weeds in the new music process and it feels really good, I’m so excited to share this new music with the world,” said Adam. “The last couple of months I have been able to play these on the road and watching the crowd’s reaction has been amazing! They are so fun to perfom.”

Both produced by Michael Carter, “If You’re Lucky” was penned by Jessi Alexander and Chase McGill while “Whatever You’re Drinking To” was written by Adam, Matt Rogers and Michael Carter. Adam himself is also a celebrated songwriter having penned Parmalee’s Top 3 hit “Close Your Eyes,” and scored cuts by Jason Aldean (“Church Pew or Bar Stool”), Dustin Lynch (“World to Me”), Love & Theft (“Whiskey on My Breath”) and more.

This weekend Adam will perform his new music live at the ACM Lifting Lives Topgolf Tee-Off on Saturday in Las Vegas, in advance of the 54th Academy of Country Music Awards™, Country Music’s Party of the Year®. Click here for more details.

#NEWMUSICFRIDAY - JIMMIE ALLEN RELEASES TITLE TRACK TO SINGER’S “SLOWER LOWER SESSIONS” ... CO-WRITTEN BY ASH BOWERS AND RANDY MONTANA

Country music’s “Artist to Watch” debuts new song, “Slower Lower,” as an homage to Delaware hometown

Stoney Creek Records’ Jimmie Allen today released new song, “Slower Lower.” Since May, the critically-acclaimed Country newcomer has shared one new track each month as part of a series called the “Slower Lower Sessions,” all of which were inspired by memories growing up in the ‘Slower Lower’ region of Delaware.

“Slower Lower” is a feel-good tune that depicts life in Milton, the small coastal town where Jimmie was raised. Incorporating footage of Allen with his family and friends enjoying the blue skies and cool waters of Delaware, the singer also released a video that pays tribute to his hometown. As Whiskey Riff describes it, “he paints a picture of simplicity, and good clean livin’ we all could use a little more of. It’s an ode to those hometowns and the way of life that live deep in your soul.”

“This song encompasses everything about life in the Slower Lower from going fishing to going to church and all of the good times in between—the area has a great laid-back vibe and I think the song captures that light-hearted feel,” said Jimmie Allen. “This place and these people have shaped the man I am today—I carry them with me everywhere I go which is why this song and all of the Slower Lower Sessions mean so much to me.”

Jimmie, who’s debut single, “Best Shot” who is rocketing up the charts (currently at #30), has been on the road this summer, playing festivals across the country while also working on his full-length debut album, due out later this year.

Additional tracks from the “Slower Lower Sessions” include “21,” “Happy Hour” and “Warrior.” “Slower Lower,” written by Jimmie Allen, Ash Bowers and Randy Montana is available for purchase HERE.

CMA CLOSEUP NEW ARTIST SPOTLIGHT: PARMALEE

Parmalee (l-r) Scott Thomas, Matt Thomas, Barry Knox and Josh McSwain.

By Bob Doerschuk

A Southern rock patrimony, dues paid in church gigs, a player too drunk to pick, and a late-night gunfight: Parmalee’s Country pedigree is as real as it gets.

Brothers Matt and Scott Thomas tagged along on their father’s blues/rock band gigs around Greenville, N.C. Soon they started playing on their own, joined by their cousin Barry Knox, a church choir drummer. After their dad’s inebriated guitar player failed to appear for a show, Matt took his place, with Scott assuming the drum chair and Barry switching to bass. When guitarist and keyboard player Josh McSwain came onboard, Parmalee was born.

Their road led eventually to Nashville — specifically, to a parking lot on Demonbreun Street, where they lived in their RV for a month of intensive writing and demo recording. Even the 2010 flood didn’t stop them, but a bullet almost did: After a North Carolina show in September 2010, Scott suffered a near-fatal wound during a robbery attempt. (He did, however, kill one of his assailants with his own legal weapon.) Ten days in a coma and 35 days of hospitalization were his first steps toward recovery, which culminated in his rejoining the band to audition successfully for Stoney Creek Records.

Produced by the New Voice team, released in December, Feels Like Carolina loosely tells the band’s story through rock-solid vocals, tightly crafted tunes and a few discreet synthesizer effects — just enough to add a distinctive edge while keeping it Country.

(Nashville, TN) – Stoney Creek Records act Parmalee dropped by The Bobby Bones Show this morning to deliver a donation of $5,000 on behalf of its record label and to support the victims of the recent Oklahoma tornado that devastated the city of Moore, OK on Monday.

Program host Bobby Bones issued a call to action live on the show inviting Nashville artists to stop by the studio to play a few songs and donate autographed guitars in an effort to raise support in the aftermath of the tragedy.

"Normally I'm not up at 5:00 a.m. but this morning I got up early and when I turned on the radio and heard Bobby Bones was helping the Oklahoma tornado victims, I immediately called him and said 'we're in, how can we help?'" said Scott Thomas. "We all grew-up in North Carolina and have seen the devastation and loss from hurricanes and how important it is for everyone to help rebuild homes and lives, so we want to help do that for everyone in Oklahoma."

Upon arrival, the band performed its current single, “Carolina” and per Bones’ request, a cover of Bob Seger’s “Night Moves.” Additionally, the band urged listeners and fellow Music Row peers to join forces and contribute to help in the aftermath of the disaster.

CD REVIEW: "HOW COUNTRY FEELS" - RANDY HOUSER - RELEASE DATE 1/22/13

CD: “How Country Feels”
Artist: Randy Houser
Label: Stoney Creek Records
Release Date: Jan 22, 2013

FINALLY! Fans of real country music have been waiting a long time for this release from one of country’s finest songwriters and most genuine artists, Randy Houser. Well guys, this one was WELL worth the wait and I cannot wait for you to hear it. I’ve always been a huge fan of Randy for years and this cd confirms that I am now an even bigger fan than I thought possible.

Randy’s music is exactly what the title track and cd title say it is, “How Country Feels”. There are few artists out there in the current mainstream lineup that make you think boots, buckles and rockin’ with your twang out. Randy Houser does just that and does it in a way that just makes you wanna stand up and yell out “HELL YEAH! NOW THIS IS HOW COUNTRY FEELS!”

Produced by highly respected Nashville songwriter, music veteran, president of Wide Open Music Group and former member of Williams Riley, Derek George, this 15 track listing definitely gives you your money’s worth and gives tried and true Randy Houser fans their “Randy’s” worth and all 15 tracks are outstanding, some even earning the use of the word “phenomenal”. This is Randy at his absolute finest, the top of his game and proving once and for all that his talent is not one to be overlooked or underestimated but shared with the world, played on every country station out there and put in the spotlight that for some reason has seemed to shine on everyone but him. He is a vocal powerhouse and a songwriting force to be reckoned with and this is his time for that reckoning.

Tracks to really pay close attention to on this project are “The Singer”, “The Power of a Song” (this one hits you right where a good song should and earns the description of "vocal and emotional perfection", judging by the stream of tears running down my face as I write this), “Wherever Love Goes” his first duet performed with Kristy Lee Cook, American Idol finalist who is signed to his sister label, Broken Bow Records, “Like a Cowboy”, "Along for the Ride" and "Route 3 Box 250D" - all powerful, all emotional and all 100% of the deep country soul fans have come to expect from Randy. His debut single from the cd, “How Country Feels” currently sits at #2 on Billboard’s “Heatseekers” chart, #12 on Billboard’s “Country Songs” chart, #11 on Music Row’s “Country Breakout” chart, and #6 on Mediabase.

“How Country Feels” is scheduled for official release on January 22, 2013 and I can say with all certainty and zero hesitation, BUY IT.

It gets 5 HELL YEAH’S out of 5 HELL YEAH’S!

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Powerhouse vocalist Randy Houser has been said to have "true musical horsepower" by Country Weekly and GAC asserts, "one listen to his soulful singing is enough to convince you that you're listening to a star."  As reported exclusively on AOL's The Boot this morning, Houser will release his third album, How Country Feels, on Tuesday, January 22, 2013. His first release on new record label Stoney Creek Records features the Top-10-and-rising and No. 1 Billboard Heatseekers smash hit "How Country Feels," and will be available everywhere music is sold.

The follow-up to his critically-acclaimed sophomore album They Call Me Cadillac is a 15-track disc including seven songs penned by Houser, and is named for the hit "How Country Feels," Houser's fastest-climbing which has sold over 250k singles to-date. Maintaining his label as a "true singer's singer," (Roughstock), Houser brings the same quality craftsmanship to the new album that brought him No. 2 smash hit "Boots On," poignant ballad "Anything Goes," fan-favorite crowd stomper, "Whistlin' Dixie," and made him the Most-Played New Artist on country radio in 2009 (Country Aircheck).

How Country Feels is produced by Derek George – the first person Houser ever met when he first moved to Nashville. “I’ve wanted to work with him since day one,” says Houser. “We just clicked… he comes from my home state of Mississippi and we share a similar creative vision that I think really shines through on this new album… can’t wait for ya’ll to hear it!”

RANDY HOUSER DEBUTS BEHIND-THE-SCENES LOOK OF LIFE ON THE ROAD ON AOL’S THE BOOT

Houser Celebrates Top 15 Single in “How Country Feels” This Week

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (Tuesday, November 13, 2012) – Performing over 150 dates each year and celebrating a Top 15 Billboard and Mediabase single in “How Country Feels” this week means a lot of hard work and dedication for Randy Houser and his band, but every now and then the guys like to let loose and have a little fun. In an exclusive video on AOL’s The Boot, they invite fans behind-the-scenes to see exactly what happens on the road -- from load-ins and soundchecks to goofing off with each other and taking it all in. The montage was shot and edited by Houser's drummer, Kevin Murphy, and was recorded on the road this summer. Visit http://aol.it/UEXZTZ to view.

Meanwhile, his smash hit “How Country Feels” continues to climb its way up the country charts, selling over 200,000 singles to date, and is Houser’s second highest charting single of his career next to his 2009 No. 2 hit “Boots On.” The first single from his forthcoming 2013 album release on Stoney Creek Records, Houser says, “It was the obvious choice for a lead-off. How Country Feels” is Houser’s current Top 30 and climbing Billboard Country single, and the coinciding video paints a picture of a girl who has never experienced anything other than urban life. This song animates her to step into the country and experience things from a new perspective. The single is Houser’s first release on Stoney Creek Records and is the follow-up to his No. 2 Billboard Country hit, “Boots On,” and hits, “Anything Goes" and “Whistlin’ Dixie.”
