It's almost the end of another great year in country music. Take our survey below and tell us your thoughts on the year. What were your best albums, artists, songs, experiences? Who do you want to see break out in 2014? We know what the charts and other magazines/websites are saying were the best of 2013, but we want YOUR direct input, not numbers based on sales or attendance. We want your personal favorites. So we asked you yesterday on Twitter and Facebook who, in your personal opinion and based on personal experience, is your vote for the most humble, appreciative and genuine artist out there. Man, you guys didn't play! We had over 1,000 votes! We got some great answers including multiples for Casey James, Gary Allan, Chris Young, Steve Holy, Carrie Underwood, and others but the two that were neck in neck for the majority of the 2 day survey were Christian Kane and Jason Michael Carroll. The Kaniacs and the Honky Tonk Friends came out in FULL FORCE and fought a hard fight to win this but ultimately we could only have one top answer for the survey and the winner is ...

CHRISTIAN KANE!!!!

We thought all of your answers were great and loved the reasons why you thought your choice was the best choice and honestly, they're all great choices because they've all done something that made you appreciate them as a person in addition to being your favorite artists. So, there are no losers, just one person with the highest number of votes and having met Christian and having him stay and talk to us one on one and even play when he was in the middle of the worst part of having the flu, that experience showed me that he is definitely one of the most humble, genuine and kind artists out there.
