MUSICALLY DIVERSE HIT SHOW "THE SONG TV" SEASON 3 TO PREMIERE JANUARY 8, 2022

Rob Thomas, Collective Soul, Melissa Etheridge, Amy Grant, Kenny Loggins, Sarah McLachlan, Brian McKnight, Styx, Gary Allan and More Featured in National TV Show

THE SONG – Recorded Live @ TGL Farms nationally syndicated television show launched in January 2020, and the star power, production and unique programming of the first two seasons made it must-see tv for music fans coast to coast. Production on Season III is complete, and the fast-paced show featuring intimate performances from some of music’s greatest stars and the iconic songs that launched and propelled their careers will premiere nationwide on January 8, 2022.

THE SONG’s new season features Rockers Collective Soul, Melissa Etheridge, Styx, and Rob Thomas, Pop songstresses Amy Grant and Sarah McLachlan, Soul singer Brian McKnight, Pop singer songwriter icon Kenny Loggins and Country star Gary Allan - all performing the songs that made them famous in this exciting weekly show reaching over 80 million households on 150 stations.

“We’ve been amazed week after week how viewers are connecting with these artists and their songs in this unique presentation,” said the show’s creator and Executive Producer Marc Oswald. “This new season is incredibly diverse and we can’t wait to kick off the new year with these legendary artists performing truly remarkable songs.”

The show is produced by Tupelo Honey and Oswald Entertainment Group, directed by renowned film and still photographer David “Doc” Abbott, written, edited and produced by Stephen Wallen and Scott Kono and booked by legendary talent producer Tisha Fein and talent coordinator Clay Myers. Gray Television is managing the syndication, led by Greg Conklin and George Johnson, predominantly on CBS, ABC, FOX and NBC affiliates including New York, Los Angeles, Boston, Chicago, Philadelphia, Atlanta, Detroit, Minneapolis, Dallas, San Francisco, Washington DC, and Seattle.

Season III is hosted by Krista Marie and includes a combination of episodes produced at various locations in Music City and on the road. THE SONG crew traveled to a private estate in Sherman, CT to film two episodes with Rob Thomas. Kenny Loggins and Sarah McLachlan were both lensed in California, Loggins at The Alcazar Theatre in Carpinteria and McLachlan at Hotel del Coronado. Collective Soul’s episode was shot at Atlanta’s Buckhead Theatre, and Brian McKnight’s episode was captured across town at Terminal West. Gary Allan and Amy Grant’s episodes were shot at Nashville’s Analog at Hutton Hotel and Blackbird Studio, respectively, and Melissa Etheridge performed at the show’s home base, TGL Farms near Nashville Tennessee. To top it all off, the Styx episode was shot following the band’s performance at the beautiful new Hard Rock Casino in Cincinnati, Ohio.

“This is a massive undertaking, but we’re excited to continue to grow and develop this show,” said the show’s Executive Producer Cary Glotzer, CEO and Chief Content Officer of Tupelo Honey, a Gray Television Company.

Season I was filmed exclusively at TGL Farms and kicked off with such iconic stars as All-4-One, Big & Rich, CeeLo Green, Don McLean, Rick Springfield, Rome Ramirez featuring Dirty Heads, Travis Tritt, and Gretchen Wilson. Season II of THE SONG traveled coast to coast to visit Jason Mraz at the Mraz Family Farm, Pat Monahan and Train at Concannon Vineyard in Northern California, Jewel in the Colorado Rockies high above Telluride, Richard Marx on the beautiful cliffs of Malibu, Clint Black at Analog at Hutton Hotel Nashville and the Marleys at the world famous Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Fla. Shooting wrapped where it all began, with Gavin DeGraw at TGL Farms outside Nashville, Tennessee.

The show is presented by Ally and brought to you by partnerships with Harley-Davidson, Hard Rock Hotels and Casinos, and powered by KICKER Performance Audio.

Earlier this year, THE SONG announced an exclusive partnership with Time Life to release live performances recorded exclusively for the show. Many of the songs recorded for Season I of the show are currently available via Time Life on all major streaming platforms. The two companies are also working closely to develop enhanced content for THE SONG’s YouTube channel, including previously unreleased footage.

ERIC CHURCH TAKES SOLO SHOW TO ABC’S "GOOD MORNING AMERICA" ON AUGUST 18

For the First Time in His Career, Church to Perform Solo on T.V.
During Summer Concert Series in Iconic Central Park

The only thing predictable about Eric Church is that he is unpredictable. He’s an artist that has built his career with tour stops coast-to-coast, not with dozens of television performances around each album cycle. When he takes to the stage, he damn-well makes sure it’s special. With his current Holdin’ My Own Tour—a 62-city, three-plus-hour marathon, featuring a double-set, full-band show sans opener —currently underway, Church decided to do something different for ABC’s Good Morning America and showcase his unique live solo performance for the first time on national T.V. On August 18, he will perform stripped down from 8 to 9 a.m. ET as part of their Summer Concert Series in Iconic Central Park.

The Summer Concert Series is free and open to the public. Fans can learn more about how to attend here, gmaconcerts.com.

This isn’t the first time that Church has rocked a crowd solo: at the end of July in 2015 he opened Nashville’s Ascend Amphitheater with two sold-out acoustic shows; and when his band and crew fell ill before a show in Salt Lake City back in January 2015, Church played acoustically rather than cancelling. In August of 2016, he solo-performed at Colorado’s Red Rocks Amphitheater for two consecutive nights. Most recently when a snow storm in Calgary threatened the weight of the dome’s roof, he stripped back production and performed his marathon three-hour set mostly solo.

Even in Church’s Holdin’ My Own Tour stops that kicked off in January, each night he takes a few moments throughout the night to play solo for fans. His tour has become the No. 1 most attended touring concert in the world thus far in 2017 according to Pollstar, giving fans nights of more than 35 songs. Church has sold out all stops to date including Philadelphia, Los Angeles, Chicago and New York. The tour will wrap with two at-capacity nights in Nashville, Tennessee May 26 & 27.

Church recently announced after he wraps his Holdin’ My Own Tour that he will play eight more shows this year (not including GMA’s SummerStage), two of which will be with CMA and ACM Duo of the Year winners, Brothers Osborne, and singer/songwriter Ashley McBryde (with additional special guests for remaining shows announced soon).

TRACE ADKINS TO DEBUT NEW SINGLE “LIT” ON FOX & FRIENDS’ ALL AMERICAN SUMMER CONCERT SERIES THIS FRIDAY

TV Debut of New Single as “Lit” Goes Live on iTunes, Spotify on Friday, July 1

www.traceadkins.com

This Friday, get ready to ‘slap your grandmas’ as Trace Adkins gives his first TV performance of new single, “Lit,” during his Fox & Friends’ All American Summer Concert Series. As the big man kicks off July Fourth Weekend with this outdoor mini-concert, “Lit” will become available at iTunes and all other digital retailers and streaming partners.

Listen to “Lit” now: http://www.foxnews.com/on-air/fox-and-friends/blog/2016/06/28/listen-trace-adkins-latest-single-lit

The new single is a stomp-along that takes Adkins back to his ‘Badonkadonk’ best as he counts down the things that get him fired up. Granny’s back (this time she’s drunk, playin’ Bingo), Grandpa’s fishin’ with dynamite, there’s a little “Sunday morning brimstone from a Pentecostal pastor,” and, “Keith Richards stoned on Rock ‘n Roll tearin’ up that Telecaster.” Of course, nothing revs up this cowboy more than his girl, “slide on over, move a little closer with that four-alarm, fire-engine-red on your lips. So hot, you got me smokin’, girl you got it goin’ on, you’re the only one with the kiss that gets me lit.”

“Lit” was written by Mickey Jack Cones, Monty Criswell and Derek George. It follows “Jesus and Jones,” as the second single by Adkins as he makes his return to music with Wheelhouse Records (BBR Music Group). Both singles will be on Adkins’ forthcoming album release, details to be announced.
