RARE TRAVIS TRITT ALBUM, "PROUD OF THE COUNTRY", MAKES DIGITAL STREAMING DEBUT TODAY

Recorded over 3 Decades Ago, ‘Proud of the Country’

Credited for Earning Tritt His First Record Deal

"Proud of the Country", the highly-anticipated first album, by multi-platinum-selling, Grammy award-winning artist Travis Tritt, is now available for streaming worldwide on all major digital platforms for the first time ever. Originally recorded in 1987 and featuring 11 timeless songs that embody the iconic Travis Tritt sound, "Proud of the Country" transports listeners back to a pinnacle point in Tritt’s career. Fans can also now get their hands on the limited-edition CD of "Proud of the Country", featuring two bonus tracks, exclusively available at retail giant Walmart.

"Proud of the Country" is released via its original label, Copperhill Records, and is distributed by Reservoir imprint Painted Desert Music.

"Proud of the Country" is the record that reportedly landed Tritt his first-ever record deal and marked an integral turning point in Tritt’s career. Then a 2-side album, "Proud of the Country" was originally released in 1987 on Copperhill Records, a one-off label used by the recording studio Demo Listen Studio in Marietta, Georgia. Only 1000 physical copies were ever made, and the record has never been digitally released.

Continuing to touch the souls of the blue-collar working class he was raised in, the album showcases Tritt’s traditional, classic country sound; transcending acoustic sounds, steel guitar, banjo, the hum of a harmonica, and his famous southern soul. "Proud of the Country" is produced by Danny Davenport, Billy Suit, and Tritt himself. Tritt wrote or co-wrote all songs on the album.

"Proud of the Country" Track List:

“Don’t Put Us Down” (Travis Tritt)

“Talkin’ ‘Bout Love” (Travis Tritt, Joey Davenport, Eddie Queen)

“Gambler’s Blues” (Travis Tritt)

“Sleepless Nights” (Travis Tritt, Danny Davenport)

“Proud Of The Country” (Travis Tritt)

“Staying Power” (Travis Tritt)

“Get A Little Rowdy” (Travis Tritt)

“Spend A Little Time” (Travis Tritt)

“Before You Said Goodbye” (Travis Tritt)

“Dreams” (Travis Tritt)

Bonus Track: “I’m Not Laughing Now” (Travis Tritt)

Tritt’s albums, seven of which are certified platinum or higher, have led him to amass more than 30 million in career album sales, two GRAMMY® Awards, four CMA Awards, including the CMA Horizon Award (now known as the New Artist Award), a Billboard Music Award for Top New Artist, an invitation to become a member of the world-famous Grand Ole Opry and a devoted fan base that has filled venues coast-to-coast. He also charted more than 40 times on the Hot Country Songs Chart, earning five #1s and twenty Top 10 hits. TRAVIS TRITT TO RELEASE FIRST NEW SINGLE, "GHOST TOWN NATION", IN OVER A DECADE

Single set to Release on Sept. 25

Produced by Dave Cobb, new single rallies fans to leave the pressures behind and focus on the simple pleasures of country life

Over three decades after having launched his extraordinary music career, one of Country music’s most notable artists, Travis Tritt, is set to release a new single “Ghost Town Nation” on Sept. 25; the first release off his highly-anticipated forthcoming album, produced by Dave Cobb (Chris Stapleton, The Highwoman, Brandi Carlile).

Written by Aaron Raitiere and JB Strauss, “Ghost Town Nation” is an energetic song that sends the message of making the best out of a bad situation. Filled with guitar-riffs and Tritt’s rich vocals, the song rallies for when times are tough, and the pressures run high, to head to the country and focus on the simple gratifications of living life outdoors, such as the fish biting, the garden growing, the fire burning, moonshine, and more.

Tritt sings, “Well, I tell ya one thing that we all got in common; we ain’t gotta worry when the sky starts fallin', No need to panic when the lord comes callin', cause it’s all just a part of the show.” The song continues, “We’ll load on up, take it out to the woods, where the fish are still biting, and the eating’s still good.”

Tritt spoke about the song, saying, “I loved the overall groove of the song when I first heard the demo, but what really hooked me was the lyrics. At a time when so much of the country was on pandemic lockdown, I think the idea of escaping to a secluded spot in the woods was very appealing for a lot of folks. It reminded me of a 'country folks can survive' theme. I personally know a lot of folks that still do this regularly.”

Like other notable artists, such as Waylon Jennings and Johnny Cash, Tritt is one of a few current country artists to be labeled as an “outlaw.”  His music is influenced by some of the format’s most timeless artists like Jennings and Cash, along with George Jones, Conway Twitty, Emmylou Harris, and more.

Earlier this year, it was announced that Tritt signed a record deal with LA-based label, Big Noise Music Group.  Tritt is finishing up his new original full-length album, which is due out next year.

Travis Tritt’s albums, seven of which are certified platinum or higher, have led him to amass more than 30 million in career album sales, two GRAMMY® Awards, four CMA Awards, including the CMA Horizon Award (now known as the New Artist Award); a Billboard Music Award for Top New Artist, an invitation to become a member of the world-famous Grand Ole Opry and a devoted fan base that has filled venues coast-to-coast. He is also dubbed one of “The Class of ‘89,” which includes Country music superstars Garth Brooks, Clint Black, and Alan Jackson; all of whom dominated the charts in the ‘90s.

Among his eleven studio albums and numerous charted singles are five number ones and 20 Top 10 hits, including “Help Me Hold On,” “Anymore,” “Can I Trust You with My Heart,” “Foolish Pride,” “Best of Intentions,” “I’m Gonna Be Somebody,” “Modern Day Bonnie and Clyde,” “Here’s A Quarter,” “It’s A Great Day To Be Alive,” and more.

Additionally, throughout his extraordinary career, his talents have crossed over into film and tv, where he appeared in Rio Diablo (1993), The Cowboy Way (1994), Tales from the Crypt (1995), Sgt. Bilko (1996), Fire Down Below (1997), Outlaw Justice (1999), Touched By An Angel (1999), Blues Brothers (2000), Yes, Dear (2004), Brother’s Keeper (2013), Forever My Girl (2018), and more.

Travis Tritt continues to sell-out shows and stays authentic and relevant to country music fans across the globe. His distinctively soulful voice and exceptional guitar prowess continue to be front and center.  Tritt’s forthcoming new album marks his first original album release in over thirteen years. An album release date will be released at a later date.

TRAVIS TRITT BRINGS MEMORIES, MUSIC AND LAUGHS TO ROANOKE RAPIDS THEATER

ARTIST: TRAVIS TRITT
VENUE: ROANOKE RAPIDS THEATER
CITY: ROANOKE RAPIDS, NC
DATE: 1/18/2020
REVIEWER: JENNIFER SMITH
Follow us on Twitter at @lovinlyrics

One of country music's biggest icons, Travis Tritt, brought his acoustic tour to the Roanoke Rapids Theater in Roanoke Rapids, NC on Saturday, January 18. This was by far one of the best shows I have ever had the pleasure to review, not only from a media perspective, but through the eyes of a fan. This show was a bucket list check mark for me, having been a huge fan of Travis and his music from day one. I've never had the chance to see him until now and I can't even begin to tell you the level of excitement I had leading up to this show. To put the cherry on top, this was an acoustic show, just Travis and his guitar. Those shows are the best because you not only get the music, you get the stories, emotion and the memories that go along with it. I wish I had been able to secure an interview and have a few minutes to talk with Travis before the show, to be able to simply thank him in person for the years of smiles he's brought to my face and to get his perspective on today's industry and how to help up and coming artists and share that with you, but unfortunately I wasn't able to get a final approval, but you can be sure it wasn't for lack of trying.

First, I need to say thank you to Julie and Allison of BarnBurner Promotions. I've dealt with many promotion teams over the past ten years while attending and reviewing shows at various venues and these girls deserve a pat on the back for the handling of this sold out show. I watched how they handled the "day of show" aspects from the ticket booth, the concession area, the merchandising area, the beer tables, the stage area, interaction with the patrons and their assistance of Travis and his band. This went off perfectly from what I observed - there was no obvious stressing out, no running around looking like things were out of control like you see at a lot of shows. These girls know their stuff and they handled it like true professionals. I always enjoy working with them and after a brief absence, am very glad to see them back in the game. I know when they're at the helm, it's always gonna be a great night. They're also so pleasant to deal with. They really are a huge asset for the Roanoke Rapids Theater.

The venue itself is always such a great place to see a show. It's a beautiful theater, with a huge accommodating lobby, an upstairs dining area, great selection of food and beverages (both non-alcoholic and "over 21."), the restrooms are always clean, parking is more than sufficient and the staff is always very kind and easy going. The seating area is not too large, but not too small. It's the perfect size for a comfortable crowd with cushioned theater seats. The front row seats are not pushed right up against the stage like a lot of places, the stage is the perfect size and it's just comfortable. There are also VIP booths available for special guests and groups.

Finally it was showtime. The lights went down, the magic began ...

Travis took his seat on his stool and started 2+ hours of some of country's best music and most memorable songs. He had only one request and that was when he played a song that was a crowd favorite, please sing along as loud as you can. I also had one request for those around me, don't talk through the show or be on your phones. It's not only disrespectful to those around you who paid money or drove a long distance to listen to the artist, but when you're in the front row, it's even more disrespectful to the artist because they can see you much better than if you were 10 rows back and sends the message that you're not interested. Save your conversation for either before or after the show and keep your texting to a minimum. It's just common courtesy.

He brought the house down with a GREAT set list, not leaving much of anything out and adding in some that we weren't expecting. He accompanied each song with a retrospective video to compliment the tune. His stories included:

- His childhood memories of his parents and listening to the Grand Ole Opry on the radio.

- How it felt to be part of the "Class of '89 which included in addition to Travis, Alan Jackson, Garth Brooks and Clint Black. Wow, how cool that must have been. If he'd only known how far that class would go, the accomplishments they'd make and the history they'd leave for future generations of country music fans. This really hit home for me and I admit, I got misty.

The "Class of '89" - Alan Jackson, Travis Tritt, Garth Brooks and Clint Black

His first record deal with Warner Brothers and how his deal wasn't the standard "3 album" deal, his was a "3 single" deal. If he released 3 singles and none of them made it to the Top 10, he was out. He blew that concept out of the water with his very first single, "Country Club" in August 1989. The single spent 26 weeks on the Hot Country Singles & Tracks charts, peaking at number nine. His next 2 singles, "Help Me Hold On" and "I'm Gonna Be Somebody," hit number one and two respectively. I guess Travis found a home.

- He told of his fond memories of filming the emotional video for "Anymore" in which he portrayed a disabled American veteran. Everyone else in that video was an actual disabled veteran. By the end of that shoot, he knew every one of those on set by name and formed a friendship. This affected Travis so deeply that he reached out to his state representatives, Congress and senators and asked to let him know how he could help the veteran's cause. He became an official spokesman and representative for those serving the country and he has received many honors since, including a Public Service award from the Department of Veterans Affairs in April 2003. To this day, Travis continues to be a voice for those heroes.

He told of his appreciation for Jerry Reed, Waylon Jennings and Marty Stuart. He talked about memories of them and how their music has impacted his own.

Travis and Jerry Reed

Travis and Waylon Jennings

This was quite literally a living documentary, a friendship between a man and his guitar and there were moments during these stories and songs that you could hear audience members sniffling and see them holding back tears. It really was a special performance, the likes of one I'm sure I'll probably never be able to witness again.

The show of hits was ending and Travis said his thank you and left the stage, only to come back a few minutes later to roars of applause to wrap up the night with fellowship and some good old Southern hand clapping and foot stomping with a round of "May the Circle Be Unbroken." I hope this "Circle" does not go unbroken. I hope that today's artists get a chance to go to a Travis Tritt show or the show of another legendary country artist and re-learn what this genre is about and what really good music is. I hope they strive to leave a lasting legacy like Travis, Garth, Alan, Clint and many others are doing. I hope they really learn to appreciate the opportunities they have and make the most of them based on THEIR creativity, talent and ideas and not just what they're instructed to do. I hope they break the mold and be their own artist, truly appreciate the power of a song and know what it means to be a member of the "Country Club."

Thank you Travis. You left an impression on me the first time I ever heard your voice and your songs and that impression is even deeper after Saturday night's show. Thank you. That's all I can really say.

Connect with Travis on his website - www.travistritt.com - and on social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram). Be sure to check his website for tour dates and if you can, try to catch a show.

TRAVIS TRITT UNLEASHES CAREER-SPANNING SET OF ENDURING CLASSICS IN THE PREMIERE OF "TRAVIS TRITT: HOMEGROWN" AIRING SUNDAY, JUNE 2, AT 9:00 PM ET

Tritt Also Opens Up about His Life and Legacy in Music on an All-New Episode of The Big Interview with Dan Rather, Airing Tuesday, June 4 at 8 p.m. ET

Get ready for a double dose of “T-R-O-U-B-L-E,” as AXS TV puts the spotlight on GRAMMY-winning Country star Travis Tritt with the premiere of the unforgettable concert event Travis Tritt: Homegrown on Sunday, June 2 at 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT; followed by Tritt’s candid conversation with Dan Rather in an all-new episode of The Big Interview on Tuesday, June 4 at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT.

Filmed live last year at Bell Auditorium in Augusta, Georgia, Travis Tritt: Homegrown finds the beloved chart-topper performing in his home state and rocking to a packed house with some of his most enduring hits. During the night, Tritt entertains the audience with his thoughts on songwriting, his life-long respect for veterans, and his experience with the legendary Waylon Jennings, and delivers an impressive career-spanning set featuring a wide range of classics such as “Put Some Drive In Your Country,” “I’m Gonna Be Somebody,” “Whisky On Ice,” “Country Club,” “Here’s A Quarter (Call Someone Who Cares),” “T-R-O-U-B-L-E,” and “Lonesome, On’ry And Mean,” among many others. Tritt sings “It’s a Great Day to be Alive,” in the first-look clip below:

Then, on June 4, Dan Rather catches up with Tritt at the world-famous Country Music Hall Of Fame in Nashville, Tennessee, where the Outlaw Country hero opens up about his favorite artists, his faith, his introduction to singing, his friendship with fellow icon Marty Stuart, and what sets Country apart from other genres. In this exclusive preview, Tritt talks about his life’s proudest accomplishment—becoming a member of the Grand Ole Opry—and reveals why he never thought he’d get in. “I looked different than all the rest of the guys,” Tritt says. “They were clean cut… They starched and pressed their blue jeans… Meanwhile I was wearin' a lotta leather. I had hair down to here… and I was very heavily influenced by Blues as a kid. When I tried to bring that extra stuff in… I got a lotta pushback from the Nashville establishment.

One particular area of criticism revolved around his distinct lack of a cowboy hat. On his decision to forego the Country staple, Tritt explains, “I was tryin' to set myself apart. Second reason, and the more practical, was I had all this hair back then… I was not tryin' to make any kind of statements against cowboy hats.” Tritt’s style choice even caught the attention of the great Waylon Jennings, who famously aired his opinion on the matter in the pair’s duet “Old Outlaws Like Us.” As Tritt recalls, “At the very end of it, as the song was trailin' off, Waylon says in a clear voice, ‘Travis, you may be the best. But I think you need a hat.’” Watch it here in this first-look clip.

TRAVIS TRITT'S "A MAN AND HIS GUITAR" PREMIERES THURSDAY, JANUARY 19, AT 8PM ON NPT

Travis Tritt’s A Man and His Guitar, a performance recorded at the historic Franklin Theatre in Franklin, Tenn., premieres Thursday, Jan. 19, at 8 p.m. on Nashville Public Television. NPT is the presenting station for the program and the Jan. 19 broadcast will be a live taping in the NPT studio featuring Tritt, television host Nan Kelley and Brian Mansfield, for a version that will premiere on PBS stations nationwide in March 2017.

A Man and His Guitar spotlights multi-award-winning artist and country music hitmaker Travis Tritt’s distinctively soulful voice and his exceptional guitar prowess. The concert features Tritt at his best, performing a fresh take on some of his biggest hits, including “Help Me Hold On,” “Anymore,” and “Best of Intentions,” in a stripped down, pure form. Previously unreleased renditions of “Come And Go Blues” and “Pickin’ At It” are also included in the program.

Tritt’s discovery that an audience loved to hear him perform songs accompanied only by his guitar served as the inspiration behind the project. In this performance, Tritt acknowledges and pays tribute to artists he grew up admiring and those who were influential to him with personal stories and anecdotes from his long career. Select acoustic numbers and humorous moments between Tritt and his guests Marty Stuart and James Otto are also highlighted.

More than 27 years after Travis Tritt launched his music career, the Southern rock-influenced artist continues to sell-out shows and stay true and relevant to country music fans across the globe. His 1990 debut album Country Club and its succession of hits put him in the vanguard of the genre’s early ʼ90s boom, making him one of “The Class of ʼ89,” along with country music superstars Garth Brooks, Clint Black and Alan Jackson, all of whom dominated the charts in the early 1990s.

“Country Club,” “Help Me Hold On,” “I’m Gonna Be Somebody” and “Drift Off to Dream” peaked at numbers two and three on the Hot Country Singles & Tracks charts, which led Tritt to win the Top New Male Artist award from Billboard and the CMA Horizon Award (now known as the New Artist Award). In 1991, the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) certified Country Club as platinum. Two years after his debut, Tritt’s sophomore album, It’s All About to Change, was released. The album shipped three million copies and all four of its singles reached the top five on the country music charts. Along with his first album, this release became triple-platinum certified by the RIAA.

The next series of albums, seven of which are certified platinum or higher, scored Tritt more hit singles and led him to amass more than 25 million in career album sales, two Grammys, three CMA Awards and a devoted fan base. In 2012, he formed his own label, Post Oak Recordings, and shortly after released The Calm After.... In 2015, Tritt topped the SoundScan Top 200 Catalog Country Albums chart for over 60 consecutive weeks, with 15 weeks spent at No. 1 and 35+ weeks notched in a Top 5 position.

CHARLIE DANIELS 80TH BIRTHDAY VOLUNTEER JAM IS THE HOTTEST TICKET IN TOWN

ANNOUNCES ADDITIONAL TICKETS ON SALE BY POPULAR DEMAND

"Jam" Tradition to Celebrate Charlie Daniels' 80th Birthday With Guests 3 Doors Down, Chris Stapleton, Kid Rock, Larry the Cable Guy, Luke Bryan and Travis Tritt

Due to popular demand, with over 10,000 tickets sold to date, the producers of Charlie Daniels 80th Birthday Volunteer Jam have released additional seating at Bridgestone Arena on November 30 so that as many fans and friends as possible can experience this monumental occasion. The jam will feature guests 3 Doors Down, Chris Stapleton, Kid Rock, Larry The Cable Guy, Luke Bryan and Travis Tritt to celebrate with Charlie Daniels.

Tickets for the much anticipated event are on sale now at all Ticketmaster locations and the Bridgestone Arena Box Office. Ticket prices start at $25.00.

After a star-studded 40th Anniversary Volunteer Jam last year, this year’s celebration event will feature The Charlie Daniels Band and a select bunch of their favorite musicians and entertainers on stage for an exhilarating event for the ages. Since 1974, Daniels has commissioned his musical friends and peers to come together on a “volunteer” basis to hang out, “jam” together, and entertain crowds in an unconventional, laid-back fashion unknown to any other concert event -- all while dedicating concert proceeds to worthy causes. This year’s event will feature extra special “jam” sessions with some of Charlie’s most prolific friends who want to celebrate the soon-to-be Country Music Hall of Famer, his birthday, and his many accomplishments.

"I am extremely humbled and excited for this year's Volunteer Jam. I think the fans are going to get a great variety of music from rock to country to southern rock with this stellar lineup, which reminds me so much of some of the early 'Jams' that we held at Municipal Auditorium," says Charlie Daniels. "We are also going to be raising some well-needed money to continue our support of the Veterans through the Journey Home Project."

A portion of the proceeds from the night will go to the The Journey Home Project, a 501(c)(3) non-profit co-founded by Daniels and manager, David Corlew, to help Veterans of the United States Armed Forces. For more info on The Journey Home Project, please visit: thejourneyhomeproject.org.

“The Volunteer Jam has been a staple of the Charlie Daniels Band’s career since 1974. We’re thrilled to be able to use the platform we’ve built through the years to give back to the men and women who give so much of themselves for us, our veterans. This is a culmination of wonderful friends, hard work and great music that is shaping up to be one of the best Volunteer Jam’s to date!” said David Corlew, Charlie Daniels’ manager and co-founder of The Journey Home Project.

Charlie Daniels’ 80th Birthday Volunteer Jam is produced by Mike Smardak of Outback Concerts in association with David Corlew & Associates and Webster & Associates.

#KEEPINITCOUNTRY - TRAVIS TRITT TOPS NIELSON SOUNDSCAN TOP 200 CATALOG COUNTRY ALBUMS CHART FOR THIRD CONSECUTIVE WEEK

On the Heels of SOLD OUT Acoustic Shows and Amid Packed Full Band Concerts

More than 25-years after Travis Tritt launched his music career, the Grammy award-winning artist continues to sell-out shows, top sales charts and stay true and relevant to Country music fans across the globe.

On the heels of sold-out shows throughout his solo acoustic tour and amid a heavy tour schedule that takes Tritt and his band across the country to play for packed out crowds, the Southern-rock influenced Country artist tops the SoundScan Top 200 Catalog Country Albums chart for the third consecutive week; a major feat for an independent artist without the support of a major label.

Tritt’s compilation album, Very Best of Travis Tritt, which was released in 2007, has been lodged in the #1 position since March 15, 2015. The 20-track album features some of Tritt’s biggest hits, including “It’s A Great Day To Be Alive,” “Here’s A Quarter” and “Anymore.”

Among his eleven studio albums and numerous charted singles are nineteen Top 10 hits, including “Modern Day Bonnie and Clyde,” “Love Of A Woman” and “T-R-O-U-B-L-E.”  His twenty-five year career has produced millions in album sales, two Grammy award wins and multiple No. 1 singles on the Country radio charts.

A Marietta, Georgia native, Travis Tritt is dubbed one of “The Class of ‘89,” which included Country music superstars Garth Brooks, Clint Black and Alan Jackson; all of whom dominated the charts in the early 90s.

Tritt formed Post Oak Recordings in 2012 and released his album The Calm After... through his own record label. Included on the album is a duet with Tritt’s 15-year-old daughter, Tyler Reese. The song, “Sometimes Love Just Ain’t Enough,” is a cover of the 1980s pop hit. Together, they released a video for the track, which is available for viewing here.  Four of the songs on the album, co-produced by Randy Jackson, were either written or co-written by Tritt. The Calm After… is currently available on iTunes and other major digital retailers.

Tritt continues to tour heavily throughout the United States. A complete list of upcoming tour dates, please visit www.TravisTritt.com.

Trace Adkins, Ted Nugent, Tracy Lawrence, Craig Morgan, Colt Ford, The Oak Ridge Boys and Michael W. Smith will all be appearing alongside the previously-announced Travis Tritt, Montgomery Gentry, Billy Ray Cyrus, The Kentucky Headhunters, The Outlaws and Lee Roy Parnell. In 1974, The Charlie Daniels Band hosted the first-ever Volunteer Jam as a way of celebrating their first hometown sellout concert, never knowing how big the event would become — from being aired as a two-hour TV special produced by Dick Clark Productions, to earning national attention through the Jerry Lewis Telethon, to being broadcast LIVE around the world on Voice of America, the event experienced exponential growth with each passing year. "I'm very excited to continue the Jam tradition," said Daniels. I hope to see more Nashville Volunteer Jams in the future. I'm very, very excited to continue the Jam tradition forty years later. Ain't it good to be alive, and be in Tennessee."

The 2015 Charlie Daniels Volunteer Jam will benefit The Journey Home Project, the non-profit organization that Daniels serves as Chairman of the Board and whose mission is to connect donors to veterans' organizations that can help meet their health care, education and career needs, as well as The Predators Foundation, which is devoted to funneling the excitement of professional sports towards the needs of the community.  For more information on The Journey Home Project, please visit: thejourneyhomeproject.org. Country rocker Travis Tritt will bring his undeniable Southern Rock style and swagger with a headlining performance at The Golden Nugget’s Grand Event Center Tuesday, December 9 at 10 PM.  The CMA and Grammy Award-winning native of Marietta, Georgia, with seven Platinum albums to his credit is celebrating 25 years in country music.  Since first hitting the charts with the Top 10 hit, “Country Club,” Tritt has been one of the most dominant acts in the business with hit singles such as “Help Me Hold On,” “Anymore,” and “Here’s A Quarter (Call Someone Who Cares)” to name a few.

Country legend Charlie Daniels will perform at The Orleans Hotel and Casino at 8 PM on Friday, December 11, and Saturday, December 12. The North Carolina native who worked with Elvis Presley on “It Hurts Me” and collaborated with Bob Dylan on three of his albums, landed his own first hit with 1973’s “Uneasy Rider.”  An industry force ever since, Daniels has garnered three Gold and six Platinum albums over the course of his career with classic hits such as “In America” and “The Devil Went Down To Georgia,” which won the CMA’s Single of the Year.

Little Texas will be appearing at The Silverton Casino at 10 PM on Friday, December 12. Formed in Music City in 1988, the band quickly found favor with its high energy sound, making such singles as “My Love” and “God Blessed Texas” hallmarks of Country Radio to this day. Thirteen of their records have made the Top-40 on the Billboard Country Singles chart, and they have two Gold and two Platinum albums in their collection thus far.

The Michaelis trio will also have four evening performances at The Golden Nugget from December 9 through 12. Comprised of sisters Meagan, Mallory, and Madeline, Michaelis (which is also their last name) blend their native Texas twang with a Rock and Roll attitude that have made them a highly sought-after act on the live circuit.
