Country Round Here Tonight Tour with Justin Moore
Kicks Off This September Following Headlining and Festival Dates

Listen to "Country Back" HERE

Billboard-lauded “golden-voiced Mississippi native” Randy Houser releases his new single “Country Back,” a full throttle proclamation of all things country. Prior to the song’s release, it was picked up by over 60 reporting stations at Country radio.

Written by Houser and Matt Rogers and produced by Houser, “Country Back” opens with an electrifying roadhouse feel, peppered by piano as he launches into the chorus:

"We’re taking our country back
Back to the hollers and hills
Show your bright light towns how a night goes down
Where dust on the bottle, boots on the throttle, horns on a Cadillac
Yeah, we’re taking our country, our country back"

Houser returns to the road next month for headlining and festival dates this summer before kicking off the Country Round Here Tonight Tour with Justin Moore on Sept. 5 in Charlotte, N.C. Moore and Houser gave fans a preview of what’s to come with a surprise performance of Toby Keith’s “Should’ve Been A Cowboy” at Tootsie’s Orchid Lounge in Nashville.

DAVID NAIL RELEASES EMOTIONAL MUSIC VIDEO FOR "IF I COULD CALL," HONORING LEGACY AND FATHERHOOD

Today, country music artist David Nail unveiled a new music video for his latest single, "If I Could Call." This heartfelt song draws from Nail's personal experiences, particularly his close relationship with his late grandfather, whose profound influence continues to shape Nail's perspective on life and parenting as a father of three. The video showcases Nail engaging in one of his favorite pastimes, baseball, with his son, Lawson, who is also referenced in the song. Through Nail's emotive vocals and sincere storytelling, the performance resonates deeply, offering solace to those who have experienced loss and longing. Listen here: https://ffm.to/couldcall

“The best part about this video and the thing that I'm most proud of is the fact that my son was in it. I feel like it's so important to have these moments to be able to look back on. I feel like the kids are right at that age where they kind of realize what daddy has done for a living and what he continues to do. So just to be able to have that memory is super special to me and I'm just very thankful that not only was he in it, but that he cooperated and did what the directors asked.” Nail said.

If I could call
Like I used to
If you were only just a phone call away
Yea I would call
Just to hear you
You always had a way of making everything okay
I wouldn’t be here wide awake
If I could call

David stopped by RFD-TV this morning to chat with Suzanne Alexander and delves into the intricacies of the songwriting process, recounts the moment his wife Cat met his grandfather for the first time and discusses the sentimental decision to name his son after him. Watch here: https://youtu.be/

ALLIE COLLEEN PREMIERES DEBUT OFFICIAL VIDEO FOR NEW SINGLE “WHILE WE’RE STILL FRIENDS” FEAT. LEE BRICE

The official support video for “While We’re Still Friends” feat. Lee Brice by Allie Colleen premiered yesterday on Stryk TV and Country Rebel social media platforms. The video is being added in rotation on Music Choice and CMT Music (CMT’s 24-hour channel) and should start spinning the week of March 3rd.

Produced by Logen Christopher at Stormlight Pictures in Nashville, TN, the video beautifully portrays the emotional journey of a relationship coming to an end and the delicate process of moving forward with grace.

“I cannot even begin to share the excitement of sharing this video with everyone. The support on this song has been amazing and I am honored and humbled by everyone’s kindness on the song's message,” expressed Allie Colleen.

"Allie Colleen brings an exciting sound and energy to music lovers as she comes from an iconic country music lineage with a strong tradition of bridging genres. As a host on SiriusXM Classic Rewind and StrykTV, I can attest that while her roots may be in country, her music resonates across genres and generations.” shared Dean Baldwin, SiriusXM, StrykTV, FM2.0.

With a reputation as a notable songwriter with an iconic-sounding, impeccably strong voice, Allie Colleen released “While We’re Still Friends” featuring Lee Brice as her first release of the new year on February 17, amassing more than 100K organic Spotify streams in the first 4 days. The raw emotion-filled song lyrics, brimming with honesty and sincerity, were collaboratively penned by Allie Colleen, Sara Brice, and Lee Brice.

“While We’re Still Friends” is available on all digital music platforms HERE.

Allie Colleen shared, “For me as a writer, this song was written looking at my marriage and the beautiful season about to end. I hope the listeners find comfort in knowing the absolute bravery required to make the best decisions for themselves and for the best of both partners. I hope this song creates a safe space to feel and reflect.”

“As a songwriter, sometimes I find it hard to understand when writing about myself or creating a narrative using other characters. This song was a ‘punch in the gut’ reality check for me. What started as a co-writer’s idea turned into years of unspoken anxiety and repressed honesty about the relationship I had found myself in. This song in its own way shattered my world and in another way saved my life.”

"Simply said…Allie was made for this. She is authentic to her core regardless of circumstance and in this world we live in right now, that is a tough thing to do and a refreshing quality to find. When Allie, Sara and I first sat down to write this song, I immediately saw that Allie takes on the good, the bad and the ugly in her songwriting. It’s never an easy thing to put your personal life into a song the world will hear and I applaud Allie for challenging herself to go there so honestly,” shared co-producer Lee Brice. “The way she plays, her effortless singing, her God-given ability to connect with people - this song has it all. It is an arrow through the heart and Allie delivers it exactly how it’s supposed to be and only how she could. I am truly honored to be a small part of such a big talent."

Jerrod Nieman added, “I love everything about Allie as a friend and just a great person. It all reflects in her music well beyond her years. She makes music straight from the soul. Working with her and Lee Brice in the studio was truly one of my most memorable moments in Nashville. We had such an amazing experience helping her bring her vision to life and to her fans. I am in her corner and cannot wait to hear all her great music to come.”

Production was a collaboration by Jerrod Niemann, Lee Brice and Allie Colleen with mixing by Cody LaBelle, Evan Hutchings (Drums), Mark Hill (Bass), Rob McNelley (Electric Guitar), Lee Brice (Acoustic Guitar), Mike Rojas (Keys) and Charlie Judge (Strings). George Town Masters provided mastering.

Pryor Baird Makes An Emotional Grand Ole Opry Debut Earning A Standing Ovation

Baird Offered A Release Day Performance Of His Brand-New Track
"Mighta Met A Girl" (1/26)

The Musical Triple Threat Commemorated the Unforgettable Evening in the Opry's Circle Room During An After-Performance Reception

Dynamic songwriter, guitarist, and Black River recording artist Pryor Baird stepped into the legendary Grand Ole Opry circle for the very first time during his Opry debut this past Friday night (Jan. 26). Baird marked the release of his brand-new track, "Mighta Met A Girl" and its accompanying lyric video by offering a release day performance of the powerful third offering from the soulful rising country artist. After stepping off the coveted stage, Baird was joined by his family, friends, and team in the Opry's Circle Room for an intimate post-debut celebration.

WSM's Kelly Sutton, the host for the evening, introduced an eager Baird to the Opry stage as he began his debut set with a performance of his (1/26) release, " Mighta Met A Girl" via Black River. Co-written by Baird with Chris Gelbuda and David Tolliver, "Mighta Met A Girl" is produced by Doug Johnson. The feel-good tune brings listeners along on Baird's lighthearted journey during a night out with friends that begins like any other, but ends anything but — leaving him lovestruck and hopeful that he "mighta met a girl last night."

After the rush of stepping into the circle and performing his uptempo love story, Baird thanked and acknowledged our US Military, first responders, teachers, and survivors.

Getting even more personal with the supportive Opry crowd, Baird touched on how in life, everyone is faced with hardships and loss. However in overcoming those times, one can find beauty. He then dedicated his next performance to his father, who recently passed unexpectedly, saying, "This one's for you, Dad." With the help of the legendary Opry band's Randy Hart on keys, Baird belted out his emotional unreleased ballad, "Beauty In The Broken."

Although the track has not yet been released, it was the perfect song for Baird to honor one of the most influential people in his life, his father, who helped shape Baird into the artist and person he is today.

Following the emotional performance, Baird was treated to a rare standing ovation and joined host Kelly Sutton for an interview at the podium. In a moment of celebration and reverence, Sutton shared that she was sure his father was indeed looking down on this incredible night. "I think he was here tonight and I hope he had a good time," Baird replied. "He's definitely ready to have a cold beer after this - at least two or three."

Riding the high of reaching the career milestone after dreaming about this day for nearly his whole life, Baird's family, friends, and music industry alike gathered for an intimate after-party to mark the occasion. Hosted by Baird's record label and publishing home, Black River, along with his management team, Starstruck Entertainment, the evening included remarks from Baird and a commemorative cake donning the image of a five-year-old Baird with his first guitar, as well as the Grand Ole Opry stage.

"I want to say thank you to every single person that has ever reached into what I'm doing and said, 'We believe in it. We want to be a part of it.' That just speaks volumes, and I'm so thankful," shared Baird during the reception, surrounded by his closest supporters. "I truly have the greatest team, family, and fans - thank you so much for letting this be a reality. Work hard, and dream big."

Since the track's release, " Mighta Met A Girl" has secured spots on top playlists including Apple Music's New In Country; Spotify's New Music Friday Country; Amazon Music's Breakthrough Country; PANDORA’s Top Country Hits; and Vevo's New Music Friday.

"With an ultra-relatable lyric and memorably catchy melody that masterfully smashes into his gifted know-how of keeping his signature flares well intact, Pryor Baird continues to showcase the unique definitions of who he is as a songwriter and artist..."
- Jeffrey Kurtis

Baird is only heating up as he prepares to embark on the Nashville Hits the Roof series kicking off on 2/1 with a performance in Nashville before hitting the road for shows in South Carolina and North Carolina. Tickets are available HERE.

SINGER/SONGWRITER JON STATHAM JOINS FORCES WITH VETERANS THROUGH WARRIOR ROUNDS TO CREATE SONGS OF RESILIENCE

Embarking on a soul-stirring journey, acclaimed songwriter Jon Statham is harmonizing with the untold narratives of veterans through Warrior Rounds, transforming their experiences into powerful compositions of resilience and shared humanity.

Warrior Rounds was created to bring together veterans with songwriters to tell the untold stories of the heroes who have served our country. It was started by J.T. Cooper in 2019 “to help veterans have a voice,” he says. “Music helped me with my PTSD after my experience with war, during the battle of Mogadishu, of Black Hawk Down. We’ve done 60 stories and songs so far.”

Nashville singer/songwriter Jon Statham became involved with Warrior Rounds in 2022 through his friend and songwriting partner, Jason Martin. “I’ve written about 40 or more songs with Jason [Martin], many of the early ones were about his time in the army, and he introduced me to Warrior Rounds,” said Statham.

Statham described the Warrior Rounds project as a day retreat for veterans where they tell their stories to songwriters. “Heroes should always have a song written about them,” he said. Of these retreats, Statham noted, “it’s quite an experience, incredibly fulfilling.”

Cooper is thrilled with the collaboration with Statham, “Jon is awesome, he gets the Heart of what we do – one Warrior’s Story, one song at a time,” he says. This project is not only a celebration of artistic expression but a heartfelt tribute to the men and women who have dedicated their lives to serving their country.

Jon Statham and Jason Martin started writing music together at the end of 2015 and put out their first song ”The Soldier and Me” in 2016. Martin described writing songs with Statham, “It is smooth, almost magical. [Jon] understands music so well that once he has the story and a melody in mind it just flows out.”

Martin was in the military for 20 years, and says it is the main thing that influences what he writes songs about. “Songwriting is all about the truth through stories and melodies and my time in the military formed who I am and who I will always be–a soldier, a warrior,” he said.

For Statham, this is also personal – “My dad proudly served in the Army. He was stationed in Japan and Asia. That’s where he got his start in radio and music, surprisingly enough. He spent many years in Country Music Radio.”

Most recently, Statham collaborated on the song “Hard Times Don’t Last” during a day retreat with Warrior Rounds. You can hear the story behind the song in the video below.

The Warrior Rounds project aims to raise awareness about the unique challenges faced by veterans and to foster a sense of unity and understanding. As the project unfolds, Statham wants the public to follow along and celebrate the strength, camaraderie, and stories of those who have served. Donations are most welcome to help keep these stories going at www.warriorrounds.com.

More information is available on Warrior Rounds at www.facebook.com/warriorrounds or on YouTube at www.youtube.com/@warriorrounds4844.

DRAKE WHITE CELEBRATES HIS WIFE IN HEARTWARMING “MAKIN’ ME LOOK GOOD AGAIN (WEDDING EDITION)” VIDEO

FEATURING REAL FOOTAGE OF THE COUPLE’S WEDDING, THE TRACK AND VIDEO SHINE A LIGHT ON SUPPORTIVE PARTNERS EVERYWHERE

TOURING CONTINUES WITH BLOW UP YOUR TV TOUR THROUGHOUT 2023 AND KICKING OFF 2024 WITH THE BRIDGE TOUR

Country-Soul troubadour Drake White celebrates supportive partners everywhere in the new music video for “Makin’ Me Look Good Again (Wedding Edition),” releasing a heartwarming real-world clip today (11/3).

Basking in the glow of true love’s grace, the deeply personal video features footage from White and his wife Alex’s wedding ceremony in 2014, and finds the singer-songwriter spotlighting his own behind-the-scenes hero – a woman who has meant so much to his life, especially in recent years.

Written by White with Monty Criswell and Shane Minor, the romantic track was originally released on White’s 2016 album debut, SPARK, but has since found renewed meaning. A new, stripped-down edition was included on White’s EP, 'The Bridge' (released 10/6), and as White continues to recover from a life-altering onstage stroke suffered in 2019, he says the song’s theme has evolved.

“The original edition came out seven years ago, and since then, the inspiration for this song, my wife Alex, has certainly made me look good again,” White tells CMT. “She helped me walk again, gave birth to our child, and started her own business. She continues to be one of the finest examples of a lady and love on this beautiful planet. She loves me for me, and she loves the simplicity of this edition. This is an offering to her and all the people out there making the world look good again.”

White also spoke about the track’s new spirit with All Country News, and now, its video will help viewers lift up their own unsung better halves.

Marking the video’s official release on YouTube, White joined fans live for a Q&A, chat and more before "Makin’ Me Look Good Again (Wedding Edition)" officially premiered.

Enhancing White’s 'The Bridge' EP, the project features a total of seven songs filled with inspiration, love and conviction. Co-writing each one with a cast that includes Maren Morris, Ryan Hurd, Leslie Satcher and more, White delivers a set combining all-new tracks with reimagined versions of fan favorites, plus a collaboration with GRAMMY Award winner Colbie Caillat.

KAMERON MARLOWE’S “TENNESSEE DON’T MIND”: A LOVE LETTER TO LIFE ON THE ROAD

The video highlights the juxtaposition of a fast-paced, high-energy life on the road,
with the solitude that follows returning home

Marlowe’s 13-stop headlining I Can Lie Tour continues nationwide

"Tennessee Don't Mind" - available now

Kameron Marlowe brings his “signature smoky voice”(Grammy.com) to the forefront with his new single, “Tennessee Don’t Mind,” available everywhere now. Written by Charles Kelly and Daniel Tashian, the gritty track with a wild frontier-like instrumentation takes you on a cinematic journey through Marlowe’s push and pull relationship with the place he calls home.

“To me, Tennessee in this instance really represents Music City,” admits Marlowe. “There is a give and take with chasing this dream, and the past two years have been a whirlwind. There’s a lot of ‘life’ we miss out on being on the road – something no one prepares you for. I feel the most at home on the road and sometimes that’s the scary part. The music just consumes you and sometimes it’s hard to get out of your own head."

Resonating like a woman who holds a man’s heart in her hands, the enduring pull of Tennessee remains steadfast to Marlowe, echoing a feeling often seen by artists who commit their lives to music. Nashville’s unwavering allure continues to draw him back time and time again, despite all the sacrifice and hardships that come along with chasing a career on the road as his “gravelly vocal” (Billboard) and rip-roaring fiddle lead the way.

The new single ushers in Marlowe’s next chapter of music, accompanied by a music video shot on his bus with his long-time band who all hail from his home state of North Carolina. As they head out of Nashville during the dead of night, the video highlights the complexities of life on the road and all the highs and lows that come with it. From the thrill of fans cheering your name and echoing lyrics back to you, to the video’s end as Marlowe faces the stark reality and isolating feelings that creep in when the stage lights dim.

Known to be one of the most recognizable voices in the format, Marlowe signed to Columbia Nashville/Sony Music Nashville as a result of the success of his Platinum-certified hit, “Giving You Up,” and has since garnered over 680M+ on demand streams to date. Just last month, Marlowe featured on Megan Moroney’s deluxe album with the soul-stirring duet, “Fix You Too.”

Earlier this year, Marlowe graced the stage on tour with Luke Bryan and Jordan Davis and has now embarked on his 13-stop headlining I Can Lie Tour with special guests Elvie Shane, James McNair and Matt Schuster. Tapped as an artist on the rise by Opry’s NextStage program and CMT’s Listen Up class, 2023 has proved to be a year like never before.

Keep up with Marlowe on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok and visit KameronMarlowe.com for tour dates and more information.

#COUNTRYREWIND - DARIUS RUCKER PERFORMS “HAVE A GOOD TIME” ON “THE LATE SHOW WITH STEPHEN COLBERT” AS CAROLYN’S BOY CONNECTS

With the Tennessean highlighting “his best comprehensive country music work” on brand new album Carolyn’s Boy, Darius Rucker celebrated its release with a rousing performance of “Have A Good Time” on last night’s episode of “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.”

Rucker considers the album, his sixth country project and first since 2017, to be his most personal to date, something he credits to taking the past six years to hone the songs and, in turn, reestablishing his passion for making music.

“The album’s meat involves Rucker finally getting to the core of country’s stereotypical three chords and the truth,” acknowledges the Tennessean of that process, with Rucker explaining, “I had a lot of therapy with myself on this record, which allows me to show the world how much I view making music, internally, as a therapeutic outlet for saying what I feel and think.”

“For Carolyn’s Boy, I talked to some of the best songwriters in town about so many of my authentically lived experiences,” he continues. “I feel like I’m finally comfortable doing what I’m supposed to do as a country music artist.”

Named for his late mother, Carolyn, who encouraged his love of country music from a young age, the album pays tribute to the woman whom Rucker told Willie Geist on this week’s “Sunday TODAY” is the reason for everything he is; “She taught us to be nice, she taught us to care, she taught us to give back, she taught us to always be the best person you can be.”

“Now that I’m a dad, three times over with grown kids, I just wanted to pay tribute to my mom who never got to see any of this stuff, any of this success,” he explained to the Associated Press, noting that – while there are somber moments – he hopes the project as a whole epitomizes her joyful personality: “it should sound like a celebration.”

“The thing I love is seeing her picture,” Rucker noted to Forbes of the album’s cover. “She’s 25 in that photo and it’s my favorite picture of her. Having my record named after her, and having her photo all over social media, I love it. I know she’s somewhere laughing and saying, ‘Boy, stop!’”

From recent No. 1 hit “Beers And Sunshine,” his 10th to top the Country charts, to current single “Fires Don’t Start Themselves,” lauded by Billboard for “the impressive vocal control and power in his lower register,” and his latest release, “Southern Comfort,” described by Garden & Gun as “evok[ing] a wistful nostalgia that has become one of Rucker’s calling cards,” the project honoring Carolyn Rucker features 14 tracks, 11 of which boast Rucker as a cowriter.

Some of the notable cowriters joining him on the project include global superstar Ed Sheeran for the reflective “Sara,” penned during a trip to London and celebrated by People as “a mid-tempo rumination on the hopes of seeking friendship and comfort in a long-lost connection;” reigning ACM Artist/Songwriter of the Year HARDY for the longing “3am in Carolina;” longtime friend and Lady A vocalist Charles Kelley for the despairing “7 days;” and Brothers Osborne’s John Osborne on “Never Been Over,” with Billboard noting Rucker “sings expertly on this track… bolstered by discreet, serene pedal steel and mandolin.”

In addition, the album sees Rucker join forces with Chapel Hart for the collaborative “Ol’ Church Hymn” while also offering his take on Rihanna’s “Lift Me Up” from blockbuster film Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, with MusicRow summarizing his rendition as “beautifully produced, spiritually uplifting and soul stirring. It builds to anthem-level intensity before receding into an intimate prayer. Essential.”

The album also features vulnerably insightful songs such as “Sure Would Have Loved Her,” “Stargazing,” while offering uplifting reminders to a divided world on tracks such as “In This Together,” “Same Beer Different Problem” and “Have A Good Time.”

Having shared the new music with fans across the country all summer on his Starting Fires Tour, which concludes its North American stretch tomorrow evening in Nashville, Rucker is also gearing up to take his wide-ranging catalog of hits across the pond with a recently announced run of European tour dates in early 2024.

SINGLE REVIEW: "THE BASEMENT" - JOSEPH HABEDANK

There are songs you hear to in the background while you're doing other things and then there are those rare songs that make you stop what you're doing and really listen to the message in the music. "The Basement" by Joseph Habedank is one of those rare songs. "The Basement" is more than just lyrics and a melody, it's Joseph's life, his story.

Joseph, a two-time Grammy nominated, three-time GMA Dove Award winning, five-time fan-voted Soloist of the Year and ten year member of one of gospel music's favorite groups, The Perrys, wasn't always living the good kind of high life. During a tour in 2008, he developed an ulcer in his throat and became addicted to opioid pain medication which turned into a years long battle. While struggling with his addiction, he met his wife Lindsay. She stood by him and together with a lot of love, determination, strength and God's help, they worked through day after emotional day of this storm until Joseph connected with MusiCares who helped get him into Cumberland Heights, a recovery center in Nashville, on June 8, 2013 - 5 years into his battle, paid for his treatment and now here he is, celebrating his 10th year of sobriety and he's better than ever.

If you have never listened to this man's music, it will change you. It will affect you from the inside out. He doesn't sing a word that hasn't personally affected his life in some way and this song is the truth of so many people. His words will affect your life. He also has one of the most beautiful voices.

"The Basement" is currently available with his other great music on most digital services for streaming and download.  Joseph is currently on tour, so check out the dates below and I highly recommend catching a show. You won't leave his show the same person who walked in.

"THE BASEMENT"

Written By: Joseph Habedank, Michael Farren, Tony Wood

On any given Sunday, the saints are in the pews
They sing their songs and say, "Amen" as the preacher brings good news
They gather round the altar and call on Jesus' name
He never fails to meet them there, lives are always changed

But on any given Thursday night, down a creaky flight of stairs
Through a door that never shuts just right in some worn-out folding chairs
There's a different kind of desperate most folks never see
And if you think what happens upstairs is amazing
Wait until you see what He's been doing in the basement

There ain't a lot of shouting, much less suits and ties
Cheap coffee and the smell of smoke, some coming off a high
"Hello, my name is so-and-so" ... "Hello, we're glad you came"
And just like that, this worn-out room becomes a holy place

'Cause on any given Thursday night, down a creaky flight of stairs
Through a door that never shuts just right, in some worn-out folding chairs
There's a different kind of desperate most folks never see
And if you think what happens upstairs is amazing
Wait until you see what He's been doing in the basement

If you've never seen a miracle, I can tell you where they meet
I know at least a dozen and you know one now
'Cause you know me

On any given Thursday night, down a creaky flight of stairs
Through a door that never shuts just right, in some worn-out folding chairs
There's a different kind of desperate most folks never see
And if you think what happens upstairs is amazing
Yeah, we all know what happens upstairs is amazing
But wait until you see what He's been doing in the basement
