WALKER HAYES TO HEADLINE ALL STAR EVENT, "MELODIES FOR MINDS", BENEFITTING THE REFUGE CENTER AND CHANGE YOUR BRAIN FOUNDATION

Jason Wahler, Jana Kramer, Hilary Williams and More To Appear


Country hitmaker Walker Hayes will take center stage as the headliner for the upcoming "Melodies for Minds" event, set to take place on February 6, 2024, at Nashville’s Loveless Cafe.

This intimate evening promises a blend of captivating stories and soulful melodies from some of the music industry's most beloved artists and champions for mental health and brain health.

In addition to Walker Hayes, the evening will feature a stellar lineup including Hilary Williams, Jana Kramer, Michael Tyler, Lana Scott, and Jason Wahler, with Chuck Wicks serving as the host.

Additionally, esteemed figures Dr. Daniel Amen of the Change Your Brain Foundation and Amy Alexander of The Refuge Center will be in attendance.

"Melodies for Minds" is more than just a night of entertainment; it's a beacon of hope for individuals battling mental health challenges.

In collaboration with Dr. Daniel Amen, MD, and the Change Your Brain Foundation, this event aims to make a tangible difference in the lives of those in need.

Proceeds from "Melodies for Minds" will go towards a joint scholarship fund with the Amen Clinic, providing crucial mental health assessments, brain scans (SPECT), diagnoses, treatment plans, and counseling services for up to one year. By attending this event, patrons are directly contributing to this noble cause and helping to transform lives within their community.

Now, he is putting his years of experience and golden ear to good use by shining a spotlight on new music he believes in and enjoys listening to. New Single from Walker Hayes Goes For Adds February 21

Capitol Nashville’s newest singer/songwriter, Walker Hayes, is eager to usher out this year’s brutal winter with his new single “Why Wait For Summer.” The single ships to radio today and will go for official radio adds on 2/21.

Hayes, one of “Country Weekly’s Ones to Watch” in 2011, co-wrote the song with Fred Wilhelm. “Why Wait For Summer” is a fun uptempo song about wanting to grab your special sweetheart and head in search of summer.
